Cette maison classique construite en 1910 et située juste à l’ouest de la rivière Necanicum est parfaite pour une réunion de famille ou une retraite. Idéalement situé à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons au nord du centre de conventions, vous êtes à distance de marche de Broadway pour ses boutiques, ses restaurants et son arcade, ou à seulement deux pâtés de maisons de la plage. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain, vaisselle, ustensiles et batterie de cuisine. Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez le salon avec une cheminée à gaz confortable, une salle à manger, une cuisine, plus une chambre avec un lit Queen et une salle de bains. A l'étage, vous trouverez 5 chambres supplémentaires et une salle de bain. Il y a quelques photos dans toute la maison d'intérêt historique pour les amateurs d'histoire qui décrivent cette maison il y a presque un siècle. Parking pour 4 véhicules (d'avant en arrière).

This was the perfect beach house for a quick getaway. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own area. It was also a quick walk to downtown which was wonderful.

The house had everything we needed for a family stay. The front door keypad did not work and the upstairs sink drained very slow, but we were able to workaround both. Would recommended the property.

We rented this house for a tournament and the location was great.

Lot s of bedrooms and very comfortable beds!! The house had everything we needed!

We had 7 women in our group. The location is perfect and we will stay here again. We were 2 blocks from the beach and downtown. The kitchen is well stocked with an air fryer, crock pot and turkey pan! We had plenty of room and the beds were comfy.

Thanksgiving get away!

Very well maintained turn of the century home with a lot of history. Enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. Making wonderful memories with our kids and grandchildren. Location was very convenient to shops and the beach. Loved our stay and would recommend to stay there to any our family and friends,

Thank you for letting us know about your stay. Our best friends stayed here last year and loved the house too. Their family came down from Seattle. No dishwasher last year but they’ve since added so they’ll be back too! It’s an historic home that used to house boarders in the “daddy train” era.

Great House

We were in Seaside for a convention and the house was a 3 min walk to the convention center and with 5 bedrooms, we all had our own room. The living room furniture was so comfy (especially the recliner) and there was a gas fireplace for a nice beachy vibe. I highly recommend staying at this property.

A great place to stay if you have a large group. We wished there was a little more seating in the living room area. The house is an old home with a lot of charm.

Great Stay!!

My Sorority group has an annual beach trip every year. Our 2025 trip chose this beach house for our annual staycation. It was a great choice. With six bedrooms, we all had our own room. The house was well equipped and included Netflix for great movie watching. Thank you for a fabulous weekend!

We were in Seaside for the Miss Oregon Preliminary Competition. My granddaughter won the title of Miss Clatsup County and my other granddaughter was awarded first runner up in the Miss Clatsup County Teen Competition. Thank you for making our stay comfortable for such and exiciting an busy weekend.

Walking Distance to everything

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. We were able to walk to the Christmas parade, all the shops and the beach. Overall we had a really good time. The street was real narrow and hard to back out of the driveway, but besides that we enjoyed the house and all Seaside had to offer.

Charming home

We absolutely loved the house it has so much character. I would highly recommend car pooling if it’s a large group as parking is limited. We plan on renting that house annually it was perfect for our group. They were incredibly easy to work with and I appreciate how accommodating they are. We really loved the house

Good for families

Our multigenerational family group fit well in this home. Everything was comfortable. Nice yard space, lovely veranda, and comfortable beds added to the enjoyment of our stay. One suggestion—please provide fans for the upstairs bedrooms and make sure all the windows have screen so they can remain open. Other than that, a great time was had by all.

Great place to stay with old farmhouse charm

Loved the old charm and character of this old home. Loved reading about the history. It had everything we needed and was jus overall all a great experience. Amazing location and property

Amazing older house, plenty of room. Firework show was crazy but fun! The front deck was so relaxing and cute. Beach toys for the kids, backyard with bbq, walking distance to the beach and shopping, large dining table which we didnt use but would have been perfect for game night! Kitchen was fully stocked. Bring extra toilet paper and food storage for left overs though! The neighborhood felt safe, neighbors seemed friendly. It was such a great stay. Also the customer servoce was outstanding when I spoke with them during booking, the sweetest people ever! Would rent again and return to seaside.

Great house within walking distance to everything.

The details and pictures are true to the property. This is an older home that has tons of charm and plenty of amenities to make it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen is the best stocked of any vacation home I have visited. Plenty of plates, utencils, and even a properly seasoned cast iron skillet. Our group of 6 was in town for a convention and with the convention center 2 blocks away we were able to walk and not have to bother with finding parking. We managed to get all 4 of our cars in the driveway with no issues. We will be looking forward to coming back and staying here again next year!

Excellent Home in Seaside

This property has been updated and the current photos do not represent this beautiful house properly. The home is very well kept, the kitchen has been updated with a gas stove, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. The bedroom options were amazing and everyone had their own space. There is plenty of space to eat and play games at the eight seat dining room table. The front porch was awesome with a wind break area and plenty of seating. The home is a short to beach and promenade, shopping and restaurants. We will stay here again, and would recommend this home to friends.

Nice family getaway

The stove in the kitchen is very old gas stove that had 2 non-working burners. The burners were funky and would shoot flames up, which is a fire hazard. This is my only complaint about the home.

Sorry that you had trouble with the gas stove. It’s actually a newer, high end gas stove, and what we are finding is that if the burner parts are not seated or aligned correctly, it will not burn correctly or will shut itself off as a safety feature.
