We had no Internet. and therefore no TV because the TV service ran through the Internet. Our stay was just prior to hurricane Isaias making landfall, So the weather was not ideal. She would communicate throughout the week about what was happening, but nothing ever met the timeline that she described. The service was not repaired while we were there Prior to the mandatory evacuation, she asked me to take care and secure the outdoor furniture as best I could, which I did. After the storm passed through, one of the golf carts was blown into the one in front of it causing minor scratches. The host tried to blame the damage on us. The cart was subjected to hurricane winds!! Thankfully, VRBO assisted us with the frivolous claims. I would not recommend this host, nor this property. We’ve stayed on the Sandestin property many times, and this was our worst experience. We will return to Sandeston because we love the community, and we will use VRBO again, but this host gets zero stars.

Thank you for your review and we apologize again about the WiFi and lack of availability from the provider. Had the golf cart been parked properly with the parking brake engaged, it would not have rolled into another cart and significantly damaged the front end. When the cart is turned off, without the parking brake engaged, the cart will roll freely. So, it is imperative to engage the parking brake so the cart does not roll into anything or anyone.

Enjoyed our stay at this house. Great location! Absolutely loved having the golf carts to drive to the beach or shopping. Kitchen had what we needed to make some meals at the house during our stay. Couches very comfortable! Would have been nice to have some outdoor sun coverage so we could have enjoyed the patio more. There were no umbrellas over the tables.

Excellent location and rental

House is very nice, well laid out and feels spacious. Golf carts are a great feature and make the visit that much more fun. Would absolutely stay here again.

The property was as described in listing, beds were comfortable and very clean and listing was well stocked as far as towels, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. It was perfect for our family and the golf carts made getting around much easier. We loved it

We just love this resort and Destin! So much for your family to do right on property. This home was clean, comfortable and comes with two golf carts which makes traveling around the property a dream!

Best family vacation

Beach Daze is the perfect vacation home to enjoy at the Sandestin beach and golf resort. The location is perfect! A quick golf cart ride to the beach, pool, Baytown wharf, the marina, and more. We had the best time just driving around the property on the two golf carts. There is a ton to do and the home has everything you need. We can’t wait to come back next Christmas break!

Family vacation

The property owner was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns our family had while staying here. We arrived a little early and they allowed us to check in an hour early which was nice for our two kiddos who were couped up in the car for the five hour drive. Highly recommend this rental! ☺️
