Perfect family house and great host

We’ve had a blast staying at your house. Everything was great,especially the play rooms, slides which entertained our little ones every day for a week, cute little super heroes costumes and so on. The host was very receptive and answered our questions right away. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We would recommend the place to anyone with kids. This house is truly a wonder!

We named this our Disney House. The welcome sign was a great beginning. The accommodations were perfect. Our family fit comfortably. Our children loved the decorations and amenities. They looked forward every morning to start playing.

This was a wonderful home with many fun activities and great theming in the rooms. My entire family (grandparent to grandkids 10 in total) had plenty of space to spread out. We especially enjoyed the theater room closely followed by the game room. My younger grandkids couldn't get enough of the wonderland rooms. The slide and small door were a big hit with them. We were very busy so didn't get to spend as much time in the house as we would have liked. Will have to plan for more down time next time. Our only struggle was with the hot tub and the hosts responded very quickly to our questions. They were very helpful and were pleasent to converse with. I recommend this property.

The PERFECT family vacation!!!! This place had everything you would ever want or need in an amazing vacation home. My husband and I brought our adult children age 22-32 and our 2 grandchildren 5 and 14. This amazing home produced so many precious memories that we will all cherish forever. From the heartfelt special welcoming message on the front door to the late night pool games between our kids and everything in between, the home has everything you’d need to make lots of wonderful memories with your family. We loved the pool, game room, and our grandson went from daylight to dark in the playroom. Having access to the other amenities was definitely a plus as well. We were close to Disney and other things that we wanted to do. Everything was just as described and more! The hosts were amazing to chat with and answered all our questions. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is everything you want! We will definitely book with them again whenever we come to Florida. Thank you for helping my family make memories to last a lifetime!

This was the perfect house for our family Disney trip. The home is very comfortable, and there are things for children of all ages. The almost 2 year old spent most of his time in the Mad Hatter kitchen. The 5 and 8 year old had plenty to keep busy with, and everyone loved the pool area! I highly recommend this home for families and groups. We had a wonderful stay!

Our family vacation was absolutely wonderful from start to finish.The home was themed decorated in every room and was so much fun for the children. Home had absolutely everything we needed plus extras. Nice and clean and comfortable. The nearby resorts were a big hit also! Hosts were extremely accommodating, friendly ,with special personal touches from the beginning. I would recommend this wonderful themed home for your family,you wont be disappointed. Third year at Champions Gate, first at this house

We love this area and our party of 12 returns every year. This was our first time in this house and the amenities were amazing! More than any other house we’ve looked at! We took advantage of all of them! FREE pool heat, S’mores with a fire pit (we bought more supplies and had s’mores multiple times!), I loved the waffle area, we had waffles multiple times too! We are kind of coffee snobs so we didn’t take advantage of all the coffee options but we like that they had a keurig and a coffee pot for those to duck to what they like. My kids (4, 6, 10) LOVED LOVED LOVED the kids amenities! The slides and the kids beds and the play kitchen and of course the super hero costumes! We brought our own Xbox so I can’t speak to the gaming systems they had. We also travel with our own Apple TVs so we have our kids shows but they had a Roku in every room! The theatre room was nicer than other houses too, the kids lived making popcorn themselves (with grownup help). There were a couple minor things we would change but nothing that would keep us from going back. For example, a house with that many rooms should have a bigger dining room table. We don’t do the parks, we just hang out all week so we definitely utilize everything within the house. I will add, this house had everything you could ever want in the kitchen! Also lots of baby supplies! Overall, we’d go back! And I’d highly recommend this house especially if you are going to be home enough to enjoy all it has to offer.

Best vacation ever!

The house was amazing! From the personal touches, coffee and waffle bar, treats and snacks to the floatation devices for the littles to the awesome game room for our older boys, secret room for the babies and everything between. Our stay could not have been better! Everything was perfect. Our grandchildren had the best time ever! The owners were very attentive and thought of everything and every detail was covered. We will certainly be staying again in the future!

This was simply an amazing stay

This magical Disney-esque home provided an unforgettable trip. The attention to detail is remarkable, especially for the children. The play kitchen tucked under the stairs is pure genius, and the games and toys provided a show of real thoughtfulness. From the slides into the game room and the Harry Potter-themed bunk room, to the beautiful theater, every detail is breathtaking. And the location is unbeatable - a quick 20-minute trip to Disney! After long park days, the hot tub and pool offered perfect relaxation, and the clubhouse is an added bonus. I highly recommend this home to families traveling to Disney.

This is THE house to rent!

I can’t say enough positive things about this house or the hosts! We stayed for 9 days with 8 kids (ages 1-12) and 6 adults. This house blew every other house we’ve stayed at completely out of the park. They’ve truly thought of every detail and made sure to go over and above. It’s was very clean with comfortable bedding and furniture. This was the only house we’ve been to that provided everything you’d need for the week. Garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, and showers were fully stocked with shampoo and soap. They even included YouTube videos on how to fix normal pool issues that might pop up. We used of one of the strollers and crib. Both in good shape and clean. The kids really enjoyed the play room and it was nice to have it right off the kitchen so we could keep an eye on them while cooking or relaxing in the living room. I will say the spacing of the bars in the playroom is a little large so it’s probably more geared toward 3 unless an adult is in there. There is still plenty for little ones to do in the little house and kitchen area if the adults want a break. The pool was warm and the basketball net was a hit with my bigger kids. The adults enjoyed the fire pit while the kids went night swimming. The Mickey waffles were a fun touch for breakfast. Movie theatre was comfortable. We had no issues during stay but Michelle is the most responsive host I’ve ever worked with. You won’t regret staying here!

This house fit all 17 of us to a "t". The 9 kids loved the fun rooms, the toys, the pool, the movie theater, the 2 water parks available in the neighborhood. Every one of us had plenty of space and had a great time! We enjoyed it thoroughly.

This house was clean and well-stocked, the host was incredibly responsive, and there were activities at the home to keep both the teens and the toddlers occupied all week.

Perfect home for all ages

This is by far the best home we have ever stayed in. We had people from 10 months to 80 years old staying here and we all had the best time ever. The Bartells go above and beyond. They are wonderful hosts. Very attentive making sure everything was perfect. We loved all the extras like the stroller play pen and high chair. That helped the families with little ones so much and all the extras oh my goodness! The coffee and waffle bar amazing! The popcorn was a huge hit too. We’re already talking about next year. Thank you for a wonderful place to make some family memories.

Our deep love for the Orlando/Kissimmee area inspired our move from Ohio to Florida, bringing us closer to our cherished vacation home. As parents of two little girls, we know firsthand how magical this destination can be, and it’s their favorite place to explore with so much to do in the area.

My husband, brother-in-law, and I personally designed and decorated our property from top to bottom. Our personal touch creates a warm, inviting, and fun-loving atmosphere that truly resonates with our guests.

Designing these homes is not just a job for us—it’s our favorite thing to do. We specifically chose the particular home due to the proximity of where it is located, within walking distance to the Oasis Club. No need to get everyone in the car, it is just a 3 minute walk. With many resorts to choose from in the surrounding area, we chose Championsgate due to the beautiful grounds and resort area. The Oasis club has everything for all ages; splash pad for toddlers, A waterslide for the older kids, an hugs adult pool with Tiki bar, a lazy river for EVERYONE, and sand volleyball for the sports fanatic!
