Cette maison de vacances est disponible à la location dans la baie d’Alexandria, située dans la belle région des Mille Îles, dans l’État de New York.

La maison offre trois chambres (deux reines, une complète), un canapé / futon, un grand salon avec un nouveau grand canapé et une télévision à écran plat, une cuisine avec coin repas, une et une demi-salle de bains et trois terrasses extérieures.

Nous sommes conscients qu'il est difficile d'embarquer des animaux de compagnie lorsque vous partez en vacances, c'est pourquoi nous acceptons les animaux de compagnie pour les chats et les chiens tant que vos animaux de compagnie sont propres et sans puces. Nous exigeons également que vous veniez vous chercher à l'extérieur après vos animaux de compagnie. C'est la loi et nous avons des bidons d'élimination, aussi! Merci :)

Le village d'Alexandria Bay se trouve à 1,6 km. Vous y trouverez de nombreux magasins et restaurants. Le château de Boldt et le château de Singer peuvent être visités via Uncle Sams Boat Tours. La frontière canadienne est à deux pas; apportez votre passeport! Kingston, en Ontario, n’est qu’à 30 minutes du pont des Mille-Îles.

Awesome property - the cottage was super roomy and met all of our needs. We will definitely book this spot again. We even saw some of the fireworks from the front door!

family getaway

I stayed at this location with my wife, son and dog and the place was absolutely amazing. Very clean and felt like home just by walking in the door. Being able to bring our dog was a huge plus! I wish we could of stayed longer but we will definitely being booking again for this property.

This cottage was exactly what we expected. It was clean, very roomy, very comfortable and Bob Grande was an excellent host. I would definitely recommend this cottage and would stay there again myself.

A great place for a family vacation

The location of the property was perfect. It was very private and and quiet and just a short distance to Alexandria Bay. The cottage was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room. We made use of the air conditioners and enjoyed sitting around the fire pit at night. The owner was very attentive and check in/check out went smoothly. We hope to return again soon.

Excellent experience

My family really enjoyed staying at this cottage. It is very close to all the attractions. Temperature was in the mid 90’s all week so the air conditioning was very much appreciated. The owner was very responsive. I would definitely recommend! We can’t wait to go back next year!

Nice spot

A nice spot for families right outside of the Village of Alex Bay. The house was spacious and allowed dogs which helps families who bring their pets on vacation too. The laundry on site was super helpful for our family with small children. Everything was there! Only had to bring yourself, clothes and groceries..

Friends weekend

8 adults stayed here we had plenty of space and really enjoyed the house. The town of Alexandria was very cute, most things were closing for the season but we did still get to experience the boat tour, do some shopping and eat at a few local places. We also traveled to the next town over for the pumpkin chunkin festival which was a lot of fun. Thanks to Bob for recommending this!

Exceptional stay

This property was everything that we were looking for - it was absolutely perfect! The house was very clean and comfortable and on a very private lot. We visited Alex Bay for our daughter's wedding at Boldt Castle. The owner has excellent prompt communication and helped to make our wedding vacation the best it could possibly be. I would highly recommend staying at this rental property! Bob is an amazing host. Thank you Bob for everything!

Outstanding service and location!!

Great value! 4 adults for birthday celebration. Loved the quiet safe neighborhood. Able to walk along the road mornings and evenings which takes you to the river. House was perfect for us. the main living room was huge and furnished to allow everyone to sit and watch TV or just chill admiring the log cabin interior around us, which included a beautiful rustic hand built natural edge bar. The fire pit in back yard was a nice spot. Bob, the host was amazing. Response time fast (several minutes in most cases). At 8:00am on our last day, I texted him and asked for late checkout and offered to pay additional amount. He answered within minutes and said we could stay until 5:00 with no additional fee, since he had no-one checking in until the following day. That's customer service above and beyond. Thank you Bob! We'll be back.

We've been coming to the Alexandria Bay area for 14 years and never miss a chance to come up for a weekend or longer stay.

Recently purchased the property and upgraded two of the bedrooms with new Nectar mattresses. Also, installed new larger (55") smart TV in living room.
