Vous pourrez vous détendre et profiter de vos vacances à quelques pas de l'Intracoastal Waterway, un court trajet en vélo à la plage et à proximité de Clematis Street et City Place pour faire du shopping, restaurants et vie nocturne. Spacieux salon / salle à manger donne sur la piscine d'eau salée chauffée privée dans un magnifique cadre tropical.
La chambre principale dispose d'un lit King avec salle de bain privée. DeuxiÚme chambre est meublée avec deux lits jumeaux et la troisiÚme chambre a un lit queen avec portes françaises à la piscine. The house was great. Location was great. Our only issue was having to purchase everyday things such as kitchen sponges, dishwasher detergent and we only had one garbage bag.

Girls Weekend Getaway

This house was absolutely perfect for our friends’ 40th birthday trip! All weekend we said how great of a house it was. The interior setup was spacious and we never felt on top of one another, the backyard pool and floats were amazing, there were so many little touches the owner thought of: (throw blankets, an umbrella, bar cart, etc.) We were allowed to check in several hours early on our travel day, which was so nice to get in that extra pool time. We also accidentally locked ourselves out once and that was resolved really quickly. The house is a 10 minute uber ride to everything we wanted to do (the breakers, rooftop bars in west Palm, marina for a boat ride one day.) Overall just such a great place that I would highly recommend for a trip with friends or family!

We visited with family for 5 days, 2 adults and 3 teen girls. House had a great layout, comfortable furniture and beds, and a nice heated pool in a private backyard. Host was accommodating and helpful. Would recommend.

A Perfect Vacation

We would love to keep this gem of a home a secret, but it wouldn’t be fair. When we entered the house, it felt warm and welcoming from day one. Dayna and her family were a delight to work with from the beginning of our stay to our need to extend an extra day due to a snowstorm up north. Each day we were able to take long walks both on the intracoastal and the neighborhood surrounding the house. The house is clean and the amenities are wonderful. The pool was heated to perfection; four bikes are available to use and there were plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking. We spent two weeks here and thoroughly met and exceeded expectations. We spent lots of days enjoying the proximity to restaurants, palm beach and singer island and this backyard! Thank you!

a perfect vacation

We, a family of three adults, enjoyed a fantastic two-week stay at this well-stocked and professionally remodeled house. The heated pool was a game-changer, especially on colder days. Bikes were included, allowing for enjoyable rides on designated bike paths. I could bike 16 miles every day directly from the house on bike lines (To Currie Park, over Flagler Bridge east, Lake Trail North and back, then to Royal Park Bridge, over the bridge west - coffee in downtown and back home). The professional landscaping added to the charm. Minor issues included a washing machine needing replacement (can be managed with a weight on the lead). The house is located at the intersection of three roads, but road noise was minimal. Overall, highly recommend this property and host for a delightful stay.

Family vacation

We had a great stay. The house was as-advertised & provided plenty of space for all four of us. The kids loved the pool & spent many hours in it. The air temperature was cooler than average during our trip so the heated pool was delightful. The location was central to all we wanted to do while in West Palm Beach. Check-in process was smooth & Dayna was available & responsive to our questions throughout our stay.

Wonderful and relaxing!

This home is beautiful and so comfortable! The layout of the house is ideal for a few couples or a family of 6. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds were extremely comfortable and the best part is the outdoor space. The pool is magnificent and just the right temperature! We dined outside and spent a large part of our vacation relaxing by the pool. You won’t want to leave!

Excellent Stay

This is our first time renting a property for a week and first time using VRBO. We had a great experience. The property is exactly as advertised. Great location and the back yard is amazing. My wife and I along with my two kids (19 and 15) would not a change a thing about our vacation. Along with a great property, there are great restaurants and beaches within a ten minute drive. We would rent this property again. Also, Dayna and her mom were great - Answered all our questions quickly - and gave great recommendations for local spots.

Perfect stay at Pelican Place

My wife and I avoided our Canadian “winter” by staying at Dayna’s lovely home for almost three months. The house is exactly as it appears in pictures and was sparkling clean upon our arrival. It has a nice, open concept floor plan, with stylish, comfortable furniture. The kitchen is very well stocked with lots of dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, etc. Everything a family needs to make themselves at home. The bedrooms are roomy, with quality mattresses and linens. The backyard is private, quiet and the pool area was perfect. The saltwater pool is generously heated. Dayna provided lots of floaties and there are basketball and volleyball nets for our use. Lots of pool/beach towels and even swimming goggles were provided. Our grandsons, nephew and my wife and certainly enjoyed it all. There are cruiser bikes and helmets so one can cycle to downtown WPB for the Saturday morning Farmer's market or just view the beautiful inter-coastal waterway. Beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler and beach bag made day trips to the beach very convenient. The house is located in a great area. Ten minutes from downtown WPB, the Kravis Center, Riviera and Palm Beach. We highly recommend renting this home and we ourselves would stay again without hesitation. Thank you Dayna for a wonderful time at your lovely home.

Nice house and location

We enjoyed the very big and warm pool (warm even when we got really cold weather the last days). The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. The neighborhoud felt safe and was good for walking. The owner answered all our questions fast.

All the comforts of home!

We stayed for five nights here and loved our stay! This is a modest sized home that was perfect for the four of us. The decor is lovely, just as the photos show, and the property was clean. The young adults traveling with us enjoyed using the bikes during the day and cooling off in the pool in the evenings. We didn't cook, but the kitchen and grill seemed to be well equipped. Communication was easy and quick and we had everything we needed for comfort during our stay. We especially appreciated that beach chairs were available for use, as we didn't have room to pack ours. Thank you for a wonderful place to land in WPB!

In town for a baseball tournament for our son at Fitteam park. Comfortable house for a family of five. The pool was great and the house was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Palm Beach and Juno Beach were a short drive away. Property owner was very nice and the communication was great. Would stay at this property again!
