Venez séjourner dans nos 2 chambres | Condo de 2 salles de bain situé au 3ème étage des Romar Beach Condominiums à Orange Beach, Alabama. Pas de procédure d'enregistrement pour gérer ou faire la queue. Lorsque vous arrivez, allez directement à votre condo et enfilez votre maillot de bain - puis allez à la plage!

La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend des appareils électroménagers de grande taille pour votre confort. Et, pour 6 personnes à la table à manger. Ce condo peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 et est l'escapade de vacances idéale pour vous et votre famille. La chambre principale a un lit Queen Size et un accès facile au balcon privé. La chambre dispose de 2 ensembles de lits superposés jumeaux! Il y a aussi un canapé-lit Queen dans le salon. Tous les lits disposent de draps surclassés. Ce condo a des planchers de tuiles de céramique dans toutes les parties communes. Imaginez-vous assis sur notre balcon privé et regarder le soleil se lever autour d'une tasse de café ou savourer un cocktail au coucher du soleil à l'horizon.

Découvrez les plages de sable blanc et doux d'Orange Beach et nagez dans les belles eaux du golfe. Vous vous sentirez comme chez vous dans ce walk-up familial au 3ème étage qui se trouve juste sur la plage. Les activités incluent: bateaux de pêche affrétés, location de bateaux et de jet-skis, parapente, croisières avec les dauphins, croisières au coucher du soleil en voilier, belles baies arrière pour la navigation de plaisance, tubing, ski et pêche, parcs d'attractions, excellents restaurants avec divertissement pour tous les âges, golf, sortie centres commerciaux, shopping, concerts en direct à l'amphithéâtre du quai, et bien sûr, beaucoup de sable blanc poudre. Si vous avez besoin de vous détendre, venez vous détendre sur notre balcon face à l'océan et profitez des vues spectaculaires sur la côte du golfe. Orange Beach possède l'une des plus belles plages du golfe du Mexique. Si vous en avez assez de la plage, allez dans la belle piscine extérieure.

Exactly what we wanted and what was advertised. Clean with everything we needed including washer and dryer. We stayed in room 301 on the beach with balcony overlooking beach. Not a high rise, so not overly crowded. No complaints, we loved our stay and will be back.

We loved this place. Very short walk to the beach. They had employees cleaning up the property several times a day. Nice public use picnic areas as well. Our condo had beautiful views of the beach and the condo had everything we needed in it. Highly recommend

The condo and area was very very clean and the perfect size for just my husband and I. The master bath was small but fine for us. It was decorated nicely. We had some initial trouble figuring out the remote and tv. The sofa was new but not too comfy. The parking was good. We had everything we needed in condo. It was close to beach with short walk. We would walk each morning and evening to right and it was nice and private w no condos down some. We saw dolphins often. Beach and water so clean. Beautiful. The sunsets were breathtaking There was a reunion going on at the same time and they were always by the pits with all their stuff left in area so we could not Barbque but no big deal. The property manager was definitely a “Karen” but doing her job to keep all safe. Climbing the 3 story stairs was a bit of hassle but good exercise. There is an elevator but only one in middle so you still have to roll your stuff thru zigzag balcony. There are luggage carts. Not big deal Location was convenient near many restaurants shops grocery. Even a Rouses. Drive was easy. The Gulf State pier is a must. Lots sea life to see. And just past bridge to east there is another state park w beautiful private beach and jetties. Great place for photos Pleased with all!

Great location

Our entry code didn't work but called the management company who provided us with an alternate. You have to climb up 3 flights of stairs to get to the unit and the only elevator is at the front of the building toward the road. The refrigerator door handle bangs into the wall, so maybe look into a bumper. The toilet seat in the master bath is about to come off. Those are minor things compared to the comfortable stay. I wish I could've spent more time on the spacious, wonderful balcony. But it was very windy when we visited. Thank goodness for the bright colored flags on the poles. Would definitely stay again if we go back to Orange Beach, AL.

Great place to stay for a family. The property is on the beach with direct access. It is also one of six condos that have a beach/ water view. This makes it worth the price. The place was very clean and had all the amenities you would expect. We saw almost a continuous parade of dolphins. That was awesome! Parking was always available. The condo is on the west side of Orange Beach, located close to almost everything!!! The only things I would say, being critical, is the water pressure in the master suite was poor. It was serviceable, but poor. The other thing that may be a positive or a negative, depending on your needs, is the second bedroom has two bunk beds. Good for a family with kids but not so much for your 6’5” mature son. We did know this going in l, so it was ok. The check in and out process was simple. Overall, A great trip!!!

Great location!

The location was amazing. I think it could use a good deep cleaning. The dishwasher was broken, it took several attempts to get in contact with someone to come look at it. Once we did, the response was great and the dishwasher was fixed within a couple of hours. There were handwritten notes taped in 2 locations. One stated the parts for the balcony door were ordered and would be replaced in May. Our visit was in September and the door was still not repaired. We could still get it opened, but it was not as it should have been. Overall, we did have a great stay. One thing to note for future visits, there is an elevator, but it is on the opposite side of the property. That requires a pretty good walk to the condo, unless you use the stairs. This was not an issues for us, just thought it might be helpful for others, in the future.

Not well maintained but fabulous location

If you plan to spend most of your time on the beach, you can’t beat this location. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The building is showing age, and the master bedroom shower pools because of plumbing/drainage issues, so you will be standing in nasty stuff when you shower. The comforters are stinky, so the cleaning service isn’t washing them. However, the short walk to the beach, with full-service beach umbrellas and chairs can’t be beat. The decor is lovely, the smart TV has all the app buttons so you can catch up on your latest binge watch when you need a break from the beach, and the washer/dryer is newish. Kitchen was good enough that we could cook our meals, but too small for anyone to help in the kitchen. So don’t plan any fun cooking ideas. The balcony furniture is new and nice for sitting, but there is nothing comfy enough to lounge on the balcony on the beach. With a location like this, it would have been nice to have a big comfy outdoor chair, or a cheap lounge chair to enjoy the fabulous balcony. With minor changes and fixed drainage, I would stay here again.

Nothing To Write Home About

The only saving grace to this property was having easy access to the beach. The condo was very small and cramped which was not reflected accurately in the pictures on VBRO. The door going to the deck was rusted out at the bottom and the door did not easily slide open. The railing on the deck did not look well secured off to the left side and the bolts holding it in appeared rusty. I did not feel overly safe on the deck near the railing. The walk in shower was moldy and did not appear overly clean. The beds were comfortable but the linens were not very clean. There was a large black stain on the king bed’s comforter upon arrival so it didn’t appear overly clean. When we first arrived, we had been provided the incorrect code to enter the property. I had to call the after hours staff to get the accurate code. The after hours staff were friendly and accommodating. I was concerned to see that the Master Lock pad next to the door had the original code displayed on it. Had that been the accurate door code, anyone could have entered the property and that is a huge safety hazard. Overall, I don’t feel like this property is worth what we paid for it. I think a price reduction would be fitting to accurately reflect what you are getting which isn’t much. At the end of the day, it’s just a place to lay your head but not a home away from home.

Nice place Great Location

Great location close to shops and restaurants. We loved being right on the beach too . Had a few hiccups with lights but maintain people came out next day to fix very nice and helpful. Check out was a little bit of a hiccup too but nothing major . Over all nice place would stay again .

Loved the location but condo needs updated!

Renting the condo went very smoothly, check in was good with a code and we liked the location Of the condo. We were disappointed that the furnishings were very dated and some of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty but the biggest problem was the elevator was not working when we arrived. My husband who is disabled had to be carried up the 3 flights of stairs as well as all our luggage. This was very disappointing considering the amount we paid to rent the condo for a week.

Family Beach Vacay

We appreciated that the linens were clean. However, we were exhausted and had to put the linens on the bed. We had 4 teens with us which made having the two sets of bunk beds great. When my son went to get into the top bunk bed, there was a rather large wet spot on his comforter. We pulled it off of the bed to find no sheets on his bed and the mattress wet! The place “overall” was clean except there was hair in both showers. The cleaning people could do a better job. Also, if you decide to stay at this VRBO, don’t stay on the top floor. Taking all of our bags up and down 3 flights of stairs was quite the workout, ha!

The property was as advertised. The condo was clean. We had a beach front condo which was really nice. I did not realize that the condos are located next to a Hilton Hotel. The beach was crowded. Our ice maker did not work. Otherwise everything worked well.
