Epcot Family Weekend

We were impressed with the townhouse. The unit we rented was recently renovated which was a pleasant surprise. The complex had several amenities including a marketplace , coffee, and spacious gym. Even though we were right across from the pool it was still quiet. Would definitely stay here again as it was close proximity to all of the theme parks and quite reasonable for a 3 day stay.

Stay at Westgate

First unit was filled with ants, but the front desk was amazing at moving us and accommodating. Property was too spread out for me, water park was closed for maintenance most days we were there.

Mini Vacation

This was our first stay at the Villas. We normally stay at Westgate Town Center. What a pleasant surprise. Accommodations were excellent. The pools were very convenient to get to and were large and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Great weekend

We wanted a family getaway with our toddlers and family and friends in town and we had a great time. Bring a chair for the check in process (juat kidding) but I did have to wait about 35 minutes for check in. I didn't like the fact that because I was only staying 2 days the second registration agent just kinda brushed us off. The property amazing.The villa amazing The pools amazing.We will plan on coming back again.

Wonderful Time

Everything was great there isn’t any complaints but once I felt like the waterpark it’s too expensive daily when you have a whole family other than that everything was great

OLD Property

The beds were so hard we had to check out early because we could not sleep. They show several places to eat but, none of them were open yet.

Very nice property. New and clean. However, there was very poor communication from management regarding check in process. I was sent a message with 2 reservation numbers. I couldn’t see the numbers because it was blocked by Vrbo. I messaged management. Steve replied insisting there was NO technical issues. He copied and pasted the same message showing the blank spaces where the numbers were supposed to be. Steve was no help and I was going in circles communicating with Steve. I finally called Vrbo representative and received numbers. It turned out that I did not need the numbers to check in.

Check in was horrible. Steve or Jack was unable to get ahold of. Advertising of room was wrong.

Supposed to have reservations through memorial weekend when got there said had room only up to memorial day and to see if they could get it figured out. But not for sure if we would have a room for memorial weekend. 1000 of miles away from home and supposed to just wait and see. Booked another motel just in case that cost us more. Was supposed to have jacuzzi tub paid for tub room. But never got one and never got reimbursed for the difference. Would never book through Steve again. Use VRBO in South Dakota all the time. Never have had any such problems. Never ever had to call a booking agent when rented in south dakota. Made trip stressful. Have fibromyalgia and stress makes me sick. Bad way to start vacation. Someone needs to be fired. Steve and Jack.

Nice Condo in Great Location

We stayed here for a couple of nights. The condo is very clean and furnished nicely. There is lots to do at Westgate for the kids. It is also located close to Disney and all the other attractions.

Extended Orlando Visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Westgate Resort. The 2-bedroom unit we rented was very nice and clean, and was also spacious. There were a lot of things to do around the property and it is definitely convenient to the parks and so many food options.

Amazing Place with all the comforts of home!

This was the 1st time we booked a place at Westgate Resorts and our stay was in a beautiful 2 Bedroom Condo which made it even more enjoyable! We had questions about our stay and Jake was very helpful with our needs. Lots to do on the property and very welcoming! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this property and we look forward to staying again for future vacations!

Birthday Boys

Our family of five stayed for Dad and son’s birthday! We had a GREAT time at the Villa. Very spacious. The upstairs was a hit for my girls and the now 16 year old enjoyed his own space. Jacuzzi was a plus for the parents. 😁
