This vacation rental has attained the prestigious "Grand" status for having a renovated house with an upgraded professional furniture package. This vacation rental has all the comforts of home and more. The kitchen is fully furnished and ideal for those times when it makes sense to dine in, with plenty of seating for everyone to dine together.
When it's time to relax, there is plenty of room to lounge in the private pool or watch movies or just gather to share the stories of the day in the family room. The benefits of having your own private bedroom are sure to please all while having multiple bathrooms will ensure that all can get ready for the day at their own pace. There is also a washer and dryer and FREE wireless high-speed internet for your convenience.

Loved the fact we could use the pool at the community area and the arcade etc this really made the holiday great. When we had an issue they fixed it within the hour. House location is close to Disney parks about 20 mins away and about 40 minutes to universal parks. Close to lots of places to eat etc. would recommend

The house was great! The host communicated amazingly well. The only downside was the TVs in most areas of the house did not have connection capabilities, and no iron available to use. Otherwise, it was an excellent choice! I would consider for future use of the home. It offered not only a private house pool, but the community center had a great pool with water activities l. There was a game room that offered options for various ages. Great location, as well.

The home was not clean and there was furniture and pillows with stains. Vents were filthy, and floor stained our socks. When we arrived the thermostat was at 85 and humid. It would’ve taken hours for it to cool down. We couldn’t stay. Pictures were not the same as the home we got. I don’t want to leave a bad review but unfortunately it wasn’t a good experience and don’t want others to go through what we went through. Communication was rough and host wasn’t accommodating.

We were quite surprised to hear your concerns about communication, as VRBO consistently rates our responsiveness at the highest level. We genuinely take pride in being readily available, attentive, and helpful to our guests whenever they reach out. Prior to this stay, our property has proudly maintained only 5‑star reviews. Because some of the issues you mentioned differ so drastically from the experiences of our past guests, we feel there may be some misrepresentation of the home's actual condition. Immediately following your check‑in, we sent our professional cleaning team to the property to thoroughly inspect the specific areas you noted. They reported finding no cleanliness or maintenance issues including with the vents, floors, or alleged stains which unfortunately made it difficult for us to validate the concerns you raised. As dedicated hosts, we frequently upgrade our furniture and household amenities to maintain a high standard for our guests. In fact, several pieces including the living room couch are brand new, making the comments about worn or stained furniture highly unexpected. We remain deeply committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and accurately represented home. While we are again genuinely sorry that your experience wasn't the perfect fit, it is important to us that future guests have a transparent and accurate understanding of our property and the level of service we provide.

Love this place!

We all had a very great stay and loved the property manager had a quick response from him whenever we had a question. Loved the pool and the big selections of rooms. Would definitely stay again and recommend this property!

Very clean property. Exactly as posted on VRBO. Lots of space. units have their own pool, but they’re not heated. There is a dedicated parking place right in front of the unit which makes loading and unloading suitcases so easy. You literally walk right into the front front door. The property is part of a complex that has wonderful amenity, including a heated pool, movie, theater, arcade, lots of outdoor games like cornhole and shuffleboard. Very safe. The owner was very easy to deal with. The only checkout requirement was to bring down towels to the laundry area and remove the trash. Very reasonable. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Private pool was broke so that was disappointing since it was why we booked it , home also needs updates photos on Vrbo are not what they have for furniture. Host was quick to respond but could not fix any issues and did refund a small amount for trouble
