Vient de terminer la rénovation intérieure dans un seul étage charmant Cottage avec cour clôturée. Entouré d’un acre d’arbres matures situé au 1680 nord et sur la route 133 au nord-ouest d’Omaha. 2 chambres 1 salle de bain avec une douche italienne. Les oiseaux chanteurs abondent. Parking pour beaucoup. En liaison directe avec l'aérodrome d'Eppley, le centre-ville d'Omaha, le zoo Henry Doorly ou le stade College World Series. 5 personnes. Marcher 1 bloc à l'épicerie, le carburant et les commodités. Animal accepté avec caution. Interdiction de fumer.

Truly was a quiet place to stay and perfect for our needs. Room to run for our grandson. Great off street parking with room to turn around. We prepared several meals at the house and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Property extremely cute and cozy. Backyard amazing and perfect for people traveling with dogs. AC work amazing !!!! Very minimal noise from street. Conveniently located near a a Walmart. Beds and furniture very comfortable My biggest feedback is the floor could definitely use a good cleaning. They were very dirty. Next: there were no garbage bags at the property for the garbage cans. I’ve never had to provide my own garbage bags. The propane tank for the grill was empty and the grill is in really bad shape. I’d probably get rid of the grill and not advertise you can BBQ. Lastly , all the kitchen cabinets need a good cleaning. Overall this is a very cute and cozy rental and I would definitely recommend and stay there again myself. Just needs a good deep cleaning

This was our second visit in less than six months. The property is well located to our family & friends and has a great yard for pups and grandkids. I am an Auctioneer, Real Estate Broker, and a Women owned Business entrepreneur. I own several companies, and am in the franchise startup phase of my final business development passion.
I own two dogs, who travel with me everywhere, and we also stay in VRBO's.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

It is next door to my home. The original owners, a couple, Tom and Lillie, who lived there raised 5 children. They originally owned the 15 acres to the East of the property. They sold one parcel to put in a well, where before they had carried water in.
Tom groomed dogs and Lillie tailored garments, as well operated their cleaning company which cleaned the apartments just Southwest of the property when tenants moved out.
Tom had passed, and Lillie was preparing to remarry at age 86, so she decided she would sell the property to me.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Lily's is quiet, and secure. It is off the beaten path, yet the best amenities in Omaha are within a 15 minute drive. Having a Walmart close by, as well as a gas station saves a lot of time when you are travelling. The fenced yard allows visitors with children a great location, and those of us who travel with furry friends an opportunity to bring them along with no hassles.
