My family and I love the Majestic Sun units. This was our 2nd stay in this particular unit. The unit was clean, but minus a broom and face towels. Once the company was notified, they quickly made sure the items were provided. I am grateful for the wonderful accommodations of this unit that afforded my family to make beautiful memory. Did I mention, this place has the best beach view ever?!?!

Condo was dirty and not equipped

We had 7 shower hooks holding up our shower curtain. We had sunflower seeds all over our condo. The bed was very uncomfortable. The shower head and toilet were still dirty from the people before us. Refrigerator did not appear to be cleaned. The pool had a greasy film in it and I had to call HOA and request for it to be cleaned. Never got cleaned. The hot tub was broken. So very disappointed with my condo. This is my 3rd year renting with majestic sun but ocean reef is really disappointing. Hardly any dishes or pots to cook and eat at condo. They don’t leave toys behind for new kids. Just very minimal and I will never rent from ocean reef again. I need a property manager to call me asap.

Great view and close to the beach

The condo was very nice. It was clean and had plenty of space for our family. We enjoyed our stay. The heated indoor/outdoor pool was great and much appreciated by the teen since the temperature outside and in the ocean was almost too cold when we were there (end of March). Easy access to the beach as well and we loved being up high so we could enjoy our ocean view from the condo.

40th Wedding Anniversary

Check-in process went very well. The condition of our unit was pretty good. Staff was courteous & very helpful. We would love to return next year!

Don’t book through VBRO and get charged an additional few hundred dollars when u can book for free!!

Extra hidden charges tacked on to the total price by VBRO!!! Beautiful place, beautiful condo, but not clean at all at check in. Had to clean on vacation instead of relaxing.
