We had a wonderful time. The location was everything I had hoped for. The accomidations were spot on. Our host went above expectations communicating with us. This was a wonderful rental experience. I can not say enough good things about our trip and the property. The walk to Pier Park was easy and safe. Much to do in the area without having to drive all over PC. I will definitely stay here again.

Rose was a wonderful host! Communication was fantastic and any minor issues we had she was quick to have it resolved. 10/10 will stay here again lol already booked another stay!

Condo was clean and well stocked for our needs. We had a beautiful ocean front view. Setup of condo was perfect for 3 adult women. Exactly what we wanted and needed for a much needed girls getaway! Definitely would recommend and will return!

Excellent condo right on the beach and conveniently located near lots of food options and activities. Check in and check out was super smooth and the condo was exactly as advertised. My family loved having the option between relaxing on the sand and jumping in the waves and swimming in the heated resort pool. We had a great vacay here and would definitely return!

Family time is such a blessing. We are so happy our condo meet all your expectations. I know we are bias towards Calypso location, but we agree with you. Being on the beach, then being able to walk across the street to Pier Park and not fight traffic makes the day that much more enjoyable. We loved this condo so much. The most beautiful views of the beach and pier. It fit our family of 6 perfectly and had the most comfortable beds. It is in a great location to be able to walk to entertainment/dinner. Rose was great at communicating before and during our stay. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be back!

Beautiful 18th floor view right on the beach, super clean and well-kept, excellent for families (kitchen, washer and dryer, 3 beds and 2 baths), and Rose (the owner) responded immediately with any inquiries we had! We’ll definitely stay at this property again!

Very nice and clean with spectacular views. Need better instructions for parking and unloading. The 3rd floor garage has all the luggage carts and a skywalk to the towers.

Thank you for your input. We will show this to the COA who handles the guest registration, parking passes and luggage carts. But it sounds like our condo was nice and clean for you. We are bummed because it was our first four star review in about two years. We try hard to keep the condo in a worthy five star condition.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this condo! The location was perfect. The listing was exactly as described (if not better), and the space itself was incredibly comfortable with plenty of room for everyone.Everything was spotless when we arrived, which made it feel welcoming right away. The condo was well-maintained and clearly cared for. Having access to laundry was such a huge bonus and made our stay even more convenient.The host was wonderful, responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience seamless from start to finish. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!
