Spacieux condo entièrement meublé avec plus de 1200 pieds carrés. 2 chambres 2 suites avec salle de bain complète avec douche et baignoire séparées. Nouveaux ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle, couverts, couverts, pour en nommer quelques-uns ....

Le monarque hawaïen est à l'entrée de Waikiki et offre les meilleures vues panoramiques. Le monarque hawaïen est proche de la vie nocturne et à seulement quelques minutes à pied des belles plages de Waikiki. Marchez jusqu'au Hard Rock Cafe, au centre de conventions d'Hawaii, à Fort DeRussy, au centre commercial Ala Moana et au célèbre Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort.

Tony Romas Steakhouse est juste au coin de la rue et les enfants mangent gratuitement le mardi et le jeudi. Ne manquez pas non plus le très délicieux burger Kobe du restaurant Waikiki Burger situé juste en face de notre bâtiment. Essayez également la délicieuse salade Poke (sashimi de saumon) au restaurant japonais situé au premier étage de notre bâtiment.

Les commodités du monarque hawaïen disposent désormais d'une nouvelle salle de remise en forme. Pour une taxe unique de 5 $. 00 pour obtenir votre clé programmée.

Location and views worthy of a penthouse title, but not the beds or the restrooms

The beds are very uncomfortable, so is the new couch they don’t want you sitting on without sitting on a towel. There is no measuring cups nothing extra you have to buy oil there is a small amount, salt and pepper and that is it never stayed in a VRBO without everything that you can need without having to purchase, including no laundry soap. The bathrooms are reminiscent of a 1960s motel. The only saving grace of this penthouse is the views from every room and the location.

The penthouse views were great but the unit itself was rather tired what with peeling paint on bathroom ceiling and old kitchen cabinets. Needs a Reno.

The view!

The view from PH402 was spectacular! From the mountains all the way to the ocean. The unit was terrific: clean, spacious, well appointed and centrally located. Walk to the beach and Ala Moana shopping. Maleko's coffee shop and pastries in the lobby was great.

The condo overall was fine. I had a problem with the bed being up against the window. There was no room to get into from that side and being an older person, it made it very difficult to get into bed every night. The bed was very comfortable just not easy to get in and out of for the second person.

眺めはいいが、窓ガラスの汚れが！

44階のペントハウスという事で、素晴らしい眺望を期待しました。確かに眺望はいいのですが、全面がガラス窓でそのガラスの汚れがひどく、部屋から見える景色を写した場合、汚れも一緒に映り込むほどでした。東南角の素晴らしい眺望も台無しでした。また、食器の揃えが不揃いで使いにくかったです。ダイニングの椅子のねじが抜けてるなど経年劣化も感じました。改善いただきたかったです。

Enjoyed the stay, BUT!!

All dining room chairs' legs need to be tightened and seats need to be affixed. Air conditioner does not cool well, we believe that the filters need to be cleaned, light switch in Master Bedroom works intermittent, dryer, (when initially turned on), makes a LOUD screeching noise. The rental was a disaster which inconveniene myself and the family. *The ceiling in the bedroom leak water on to the bed on the second day there. *The shower heads in both bathroom were not working properly due to calcium buildup. *There were some strange looking bugs throughout the rental needs to be exterminated. * Mold in the showers.

Wonderful Visit

The property was wonderful, you absolutely cannot beat that view! Check in was easy, and the condo was clean and spacious. Quick repsonses from the owner too. It was wonderful waking up every morning to Diamond Head, the Ocean, and Waikiki!! We had 6 adults in our party, and the rooms were all spacious. The sofa bed in the living area was more comfortable than any pull out sofa I have slept in. There was a nice welcome package, as well as beach chairs, a cooler, and boogie boards. We loved the walkability to Waikiki, the beach, and we frequented the food trucks often! Plenty of towels as well. To address prior reviews..if you are spending your time worrying about bubbling paint, or spots on the ceiling, you really need to refocus and look out those windows! Yes...parking is expensive, but that is disclosed in the listing, and not in the owners hands, we never had any issues finding a parking space. Yes, the window washers came by....but there were signs everywhere with dates they would be coming. If we had any constructive feedback,the condo could use some additional (and better quality) pots and pans, as well as some measuring/mixing bowls and trays, and better knives, and a vacuum, but we made due with what was there. One design flaw of the condo is there is no access to a bathroom from the living room, so the adults sleeping in the living area had to "sneak" into the bedroom to access the bathroom at night, but again, this is not in the owners hands, just an FYI.

A wonderful place for all of us!

We stayed in this gem for several days to celebrate my daughter's graduation. Close to the beach and easy to get around the city - this was the perfect place for our family to gather and be able to enjoy Honolulu. The views are breathtaking! Enjoy your Aloha time in this wonderful home.

Misrepresentation & Extremely Disappointment!

We were extremely disappointed by the overall condition of the property. The bathrooms are in great disrepair with lots of mold, peeling paint and they smell very unpleasant. Throughout the rental the walls & ceiling are scuffed, scratched, and there is tons of bubbling paint from water damage throughout, with one huge bubble, right over the head of the master bed, which seems dangerous. Honestly, the only thing that seems true to the pictures are the living room and kitchen. The bedroom & bathroom pics. have to be from over a decade ago based on their current state. Also, this building is very old & in poor condition. They are currently doing repairs on the building and there were men on scaffolding, right outside my daughters’ bedroom window at the penthouse level, drilling and making a ton of noise, which required us to keep the curtains closed in that room most of the trip for privacy, which defeated the whole reason why we booked this place, the view. We noticed there was a sign by the elevators about the repairs that had been posted since November of 2022 and that should’ve been disclosed to us in advance so we had a choice about whether this was the right place for us to stay during this time. On the last day, they even turned off the water to the building to do a main drain repair so the toilets would not flush. I requested a large portion of my payment be returned for misrepresentation, but they only offered $500. I would never stay here again & wouldn't suggest it.

Nice penthouse stay in Wiakiki

The condo itself was nice, well appointed and convenient to all sorts of activities and shopping. The building itself was lacking. Broken elevators, false f fire alarms causing us to evacuate down 42 floors. Overall we enjoyed our stay, Mahalo.

Unit was very nice, good location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. A bit of a walk to any beach. Elevators a little slow and parking is expensive. Overall a great place to stay.
