Je viens de repeindre. Nouveau revĂȘtement de sol stratifiĂ©, appareils en acier inoxydable Ă  distance de marche de la promenade principale de Gatlinburg. Balcon privĂ© avec vue sur les montagnes et le centre-ville de Gatlinburg., La chambre principale a un lit king size, salle de bain privĂ©e, TV avec cĂąble. 2Ăšme chambre a un lit queen size, TV Ă©cran plat, cĂąble et salle de bain. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, cafetiĂšre, grille-pain. Le salon comprend un canapĂ©-lit, une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat, un lecteur DVD et un foyer au gaz. Piscine extĂ©rieure saisonniĂšre et bain Ă  remous. Buanderie Ă  piĂšces au mĂȘme Ă©tage. Super condo! 1 permis de stationnement par condo.

This was a great location for doing things in town. The condo was very clean and comfortable which was nice fir having a baby crawling. The air conditioner made it a bit warm for enjoying the balcony at times. The biggest downside was the elevator was out of order which made it more uncomfortable hauling a stroller down each day and then having to haul out our belongings(quite a bit of baby stuff) down to the car in 95F heat. We had to park in the lower lot because the parking area was tight. If you had a small car, it would be fine.

Good location and clean

We had a short girlfriend trip and the stay was perfect for the three of us! Convenient location and was very clean! We didn’t cook at all but, the space was great!

Great location and views

I loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the views of town, especially at night. We were able to walk almost everywhere we went in Gatlinburg which saved time and money on finding parking.

Condo with a view

This is a very nice property with easy access to Gatlinburg. The view from the balcony offers a great view of the city and the surrounding mountains. Our host was very accommodating and took care of all of our needs.

Probably is in the perfect location to wark the strip. Condo was perfect for the family with 2 rooms, each with their own bathroom. The view was amazing at night.

Girls Trip

We chose this condo due to location. It was convenient to be able to walk to the strip and not have to deal with parking. There was an issue with the dishwasher prior to our check in, and the owners let us know in a timely manner (did not affect our trip as we ate out for all meals). Condo was clean, and beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great Location!

The condo is in such a great location! We were able to walk to everything on the Gatlinburg strip. The walk back up to the condo is steep, but definitely doable. The view from the balcony is amazing! The place was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing views, perfect stay!

The views from the balcony and bedroom are amazing, and from the pool! You can see the lights from the strip and the gorgeous mountains. The perfect space for myself,my husband, father and 4 year old. We enjoyed walking from the condo to the strip and the Moonshine Mountain coaster(pretty quick walk!) Very clean! Quick responses from Patty! She is a wonderful host and we truly enjoyed our 5 day stay! My 4 year old cried and didn’t want to leave the last day because she wanted to “stay here forever.” Thank you for a memorable trip, in a wonderful condo!

Great location!

With parking being a premium in gaitlinburg, it was a treat to be able to walk almost everywhere from this location! A fair warning, they are on a hill, so be prepared for an incline coming back. No problem for us since we needed to burn some calories anyway! The cozy place was perfect for our needs. Cool air, an abundance of blankets and a private balcony (we got to watch the fireworks from it!). Patty was extremely nice and mentioned traffic warnings and events while we were there. We were happy to be able to cook and store our receipts s—with four picky teens it was perfect for us to eat in.

Fun

The condo was as described. It was close to downtown. The only downside was it’s up a steep hill and if you want to walk to town it’s hard going back up the hill. This has nothing to do with the condo as the condo was nice. Standing on the balcony gives you a great view of the town.
