Snoring Bear condo was a lovely place to stay. Beautifully decorated, very clean, a nice outdoor pool and super close to downtown Gatlinburg. Clay Dalton was fantastic when we needed an extra nights stay and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely book this condo again. The condo is perfect for 2 couples. Clean, nicely decorated and very comfy. The only reason we gave 4 stars is that it is on a very steep hill and not walkable to town for older people or those with knee or hip issues. Even tho the trollie stops on the corner of the street, it is still a steep climb to get back to condo. The condo itself was perfect for our needs.

We have loved it here. When we arrived the Condo was so clean I could have ate off the floor. That’s hard to find in Gatlinburg! Location was amazing, private, quiet. If I could give it 10 stars I would! Condo was well stocked and even had a Christmas tree which my daughter loved. Great place and Great Owner!!

So glad our favorite bear performed for yall on your trip! It's all fun and games until they sneak up on you! About 2 years ago I was standing outside and heard something breathing! The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway! Everything was beautifully decorated and even had a beautiful Christmas tree for us to enjoy. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. The bed slept amazing and was so comfy!! It was the best weekend! The owners are great and kept in contact with us before and after our arrival making sure we had everything we needed and give us all the tips to make things much easier for our trip. We will definitely be back and stay here again in the near future and will be recommending to all our friends and family!!

Family vacation
Grandma and Grandpa rented the Snoring Bear condo and our three kids and five grandkids rented other condos at Holly Ridge. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Snoring Bear and we all enjoyed staying at Holly Ridge. We walked downtown to shop and eat and thought the location was perfect for our needs.

Awesome place
The place was awesome, it’s within walking distance to the Main Street, however it is a good walk. We had an awesome time at our stay and while we remained busy out and about it was a nice place to come back to to sleep!

OR GRAB THE FREE GATLINBURG TROLLY at STOP 45 for a ride! You can download the GATLINBURG TROLLY APP for times and routes! Play a round of putt putt or visit the new pinball museum, get courageous and walk the new 700 foot long glass bottom sky bridge that dangles 150 feet above Gatlinburg! This unit has all new furnishings, new pergo flooring, new paint and appliances, upgraded paints, decor and is very, very peaceful. Close to it all but in the evenings you will enjoy the quiet. Sit on the large back patio deck and watch the lights twinkle in Gatlinburg and the beautifully lit pool shimmer in the moonlight. Large enough to comfortably enjoy for a longer vacation, spacious closets, open kitchen, dining and living rooms flow together for everyone to enjoy. Pool deck has chairs during summer around the pool, just below this unit's balcony and creates a romantic atmosphere for travelers. There are only 18 units, many are not rentals, so you will not feel like a number. Seasonal firewood is provided during the winter months.
