Cet appartement d'une chambre récemment rénové est situé à Avalon, dans le complexe de condos Clearwater, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes (1 lit queen size + 1 canapé-lit queen-size avec matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme). Tous les meubles sont neufs, y compris le patio pour la terrasse couverte. Vous trouverez également une installation «dans l'unité» pour laveuse et sécheuse.

L'unité est à l'étage principal et a tout ce dont vous avez besoin: draps, oreillers et couvertures, serviettes de bain, fer et planche à repasser, sèche-cheveux, cafetière, vaisselle et couverts, casseroles et poêles, chaises de plage et parasol.

Parking gratuit, piscine, salle de fitness, télévision par câble, Internet WIFI. 10 min en voiture et 25 min en vélo (piste cyclable dédiée) à Clearwater Beach et plusieurs autres plages. 30 min en voiture du centre-ville de Tampa et du centre-ville de Saint-Pétersbourg. 1 heure 45 min. à Disney World (Orlando, FL).

Cute place in a great location

This well stocked condo was the perfect place for our 6 night stay in Clearwater. We very much appreciated having all the necessary items such as laundry detergent, hand soap, dish and dishwasher detergent etc…The bed was comfortable and the linens provided were great! The kitchen table was nice for our game time and the sofa was comfortable. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool or screened in patio. This is a great place for 2!

This condo was in a central location - 20 minutes from most everything. I had everything I needed in the kitchen. Clean. Host was very responsive. No issues at all. I would stay again.

More than perfect

We loved our one week stay at Catinca's condo. She provided everything we needed and more. Communication was more than excellent. Condition of the condo ist A++++. Only 10 minutes to the beach, shopping across the street, what more can we want to get. Thanks.

We were more than happy with our stay. Catinca was a real gem. She responded to any question we had promptly. Her property was relaxing and was spacious and very clean, with great amenities. Great vacations!

The apartment was great it looks like the pictures are shown! It was really clean and had everything I needed for a comfort stay. I would book it again. Thanks also to Catinca I had always the feeling that I could asked for help, if needed. (There were no problems at all during my stay, so I did not need anything!) Thanks for letting me stay in your apartment!

Avalon 4.5 stars

I loved the unit’s layout, decor, easy access to the pool, and helpful host, Catinca. The front gates were closed well before 9:00 one evening while I was walking the premises, which left me stranded until a I got assistance from a security man. Another time the gates closed during the daytime. Hope they have been repaired.

Please note that you should not have been stranded outside of the complex regardless of the day and time since we provided you with the passcode for the gates prior to your check in and the access card made available to you inside the condo. We have no control over the window of time the Avalon management and security lock and unlock the gates, however we provide all of our guests with two secure ways of accessing the property at all times: passcode and access card. Hope this information will help as a future reference in the event you will decide to return as a guest in the Avalon complex again.
