Bedroom has a king size bed. You're home away from home in Clearwater. This marvelous condo offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. With amenities like an iron, fitness room, washing machine, AC, WiFi, and a hair drye. The bathroom is well-appointed and ready to refresh you after a day of exploring. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

Tom was an excellent host! He contacted us shortly after we made our reservation and thanked us. He immediately began giving us instructions on different aspects of the condo and our stay. He coached us through the arrival process and was always available to communicate with if we had any questions. The Avalon was a great resort. The pool was beautifully clean and well kept. We enjoyed it immensely. We hope to return again in the future.

Great stay, great location

We loved the condo. We'll definitely stay there again if we get the chance. Our host helped us out multiple times and was very responsive and understanding of a late night check-in. Highly recommended.

Great condo and location!

Great condo and location. Condo was very nice, very clean, and well equipped. It was close to everything. Pool was also very nice, and we really enjoyed our stay.The only negative was people upstairs were a bit noisy.

Tom is an amazing host. The condo is exactly as advertised. He was easy to contact and checked in with us throughout our stay to see if there was anything we needed. Very comfortable and safe environment. Highly recommended and will be staying here again when we come back.

Condo was exceptional, close to pool, stayed in Avalone prior but this time a close resident owner was available anytime with just answering questions and being on site if needed.

Excellent place, location, and host.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. Condo is cute, well maintained. Location is perfect, everything is in close proximity from beaches to shops and restaurants. Tom was a great host, responsive and available to provide answers to our questions. Highly recommended place. I hope we will come again.

I paid for two weeks. The condo was nice, and well stocked. AGAIN, the VRBO condo was nice. However, it was EXTREMELY noisy at all hours. I was down for work and needed quiet. I had asked to be refunded the remainder of days and I would find somewhere else to go. The owners solution was to move me to his personal unit. I gave it a try, but it literally felt like I had just took up space in a strangers home. There were personal items, fingernails, and the smell of cigarette smoke was horrible. I left as soon as I could the next morning, and went to a hotel. I still have not heard about a refund of the 5 days.

Hello Annie, I'm sorry you were disappointed. Should I gave it one more day. The toddler's little feet noise were gone the next day. They were only there for one week. Never had a noise complaint. I moved you into a larger condo at no extra cost. It was professionally cleaned, non smoking condo. The "personal things" like condiments, beer, wine, canned goods, along with bicycle, Golf clubs are all for your use. I'm sorry you were not happy with that one either. As far as the nail clipping, I must apologize. Tom
