Location is great, but upkeep on unit is minimal. Unit reeked, walls and switches were filthy, tub had a giant mildew stain in the middle. Some outlets don’t work. Host doesn’t follow Vrbo rules and send details via email or through Vrbo so be on the lookout for text message as that’s your only hope. Love Breckenridge and the location was great for travel, but you can get a full house one street up for less.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great Ski Weekend in Breck!

Convenient and efficient location! If you're looking for easy access to Main St. and all the restaurants/bars this is your place. It's all literally out the front door. Second floor 2 bedroom condo. Park in front. Grocery store 2-3 blocks away. Bus stop to slopes is 1.5 blocks away. Condo was clean and as advertised. It is basic. Not glamorous. But everything we needed and the price was right. Once again loved the closeness to restaurants and entertainment. Breck is such an awesome town. Gotta buy a place here.... now how to get the money......... :-)

Location, Location, Location

This was our second stay at this property. The only small complaint was that one of the couches needs to replaced (kind of saggy when you sit on it -- which wasn't often because we spent a lot of time outdoors!). Clean, has everything we needed. Good communication with the property manager.

Great Little Condo on Main Street in Breck!

The location can't be beat for being right in the midst of all the downtown shopping, eating and night life in Breckenridge. And the accommodation was simply-stated, highly functional and very clean. Great place and easy to communicate with property manager who was very nice too!

Excellent location at the south end of Breckenridge's Main Street. Just walk out the door, and you experience the restaurants and shops and meet friendly people walking the streets. The property manager is responsive to all of your needs. The unit is in a phase of improvement.

We had a great stay at Tannhauser, in the heart of the downtown area in Breckenridge. Easy walk to shops restaurants, etc. Nice, clean accommodation with a balcony with a great view of the mountains.

In the center of everything. I was here for a memorial service. I was able to walk everywhere. The apartment and fireplace are very cozy. We needed to stay an extra day due to a winter storm. The Tannhauser staff were very accommodating.

Very well situated to the Breckinridge activities. Easy access to all we wanted. Parking was easy in front of the rooms. Main bedroom was a little crowded with furniture.

Working vacation

The unit was clean and well appointed. The rooms were a bit tight but worked fine. I think the unit would work better for us with a sleeper sofa, but my son did not mind sleeping on the couch.
