Great Little Condo on Main Street in Breck!

The location can't be beat for being right in the midst of all the downtown shopping, eating and night life in Breckenridge. And the accommodation was simply-stated, highly functional and very clean. Great place and easy to communicate with property manager who was very nice too!

Very well situated to the Breckinridge activities. Easy access to all we wanted. Parking was easy in front of the rooms. Main bedroom was a little crowded with furniture.

Location, Location, Location

This was our second stay at this property. The only small complaint was that one of the couches needs to replaced (kind of saggy when you sit on it -- which wasn't often because we spent a lot of time outdoors!). Clean, has everything we needed. Good communication with the property manager.

Excellent location at the south end of Breckenridge's Main Street. Just walk out the door, and you experience the restaurants and shops and meet friendly people walking the streets. The property manager is responsive to all of your needs. The unit is in a phase of improvement.

Breck

In the center of everything. I was here for a memorial service. I was able to walk everywhere. The apartment and fireplace are very cozy. We needed to stay an extra day due to a winter storm. The Tannhauser staff were very accommodating.

Working vacation

The unit was clean and well appointed. The rooms were a bit tight but worked fine. I think the unit would work better for us with a sleeper sofa, but my son did not mind sleeping on the couch.

Location, Location, Location!

Check-in was easy! Coffee maker was broken and immediately replaced by host. Main bedroom was cramped with too much furniture, but otherwise it was good. Kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Living room was comfortable. Unfortunate that the laundry wasn't available, but it worked out fine.

Location is great, but upkeep on unit is minimal. Unit reeked, walls and switches were filthy, tub had a giant mildew stain in the middle. Some outlets don’t work. Host doesn’t follow Vrbo rules and send details via email or through Vrbo so be on the lookout for text message as that’s your only hope. Love Breckenridge and the location was great for travel, but you can get a full house one street up for less.

As Elite Preferred Partners of VRBO, we are authorized to communicate outside the VRBO platform through our channel partnership. We have sent several communications to your email and via text messages. We also checked in on you via text and phone (including voicemail) on your second day because we hadn’t heard from you. At no point did you request that we communicate only through the VRBO platform. Our team in Breckenridge is local, present, and genuinely caring, as reflected in our exceptional average rating of 9.6/10, with numerous reviews highlighting the condo's cleanliness. We would have been more than happy to address any discomfort you experienced during your stay. We reached out multiple times in various ways to ensure your comfort. After careful review of your comments, we can assure you that there is no mildew in the tub. Additionally, the other issues you mentioned do not align with the feedback we are receiving from other guests. This property enjoys a high turnover rate due to its stellar location and outstanding ratings. With kind regards, Range View Rentals
