Condo was located close to everything, very short walk to public beach access. Condo was clean and comfortable with covered parking. Check in process was very easy. I highly recommend this property.

Condo was super adequate for what we needed. Cleaning crew could use some lessons for doing a better job. Great locations, super convenient to everything we did and needed. Check-in/out was easy. The kitchen items need to be updated. Coffeemaker needs a specific filter. We loved the balcony and the pool. 2nd bedroom mattress is super uncomfortable.

Great location

This condo was perfect for our family. It had plenty of space (two bedrooms and two bathrooms) and was in a great location. We were able to walk to the beach, and the Dollar General next door had everything we needed for basic groceries and supplies. We’d definitely stay here again.

Close proximity to everything and easy to find. Perfect size for our family of 4. Didn’t include any kitchen basics like coffee filters or spices/seasonings but we easily grabbed those from the Walmart down the street. Would stay at again for sure!

Very nice and personable host, allowed us to come to the condo earlier, the condo was crisp and clean. Air conditioner worked perfectly, kept us cool the entire stay. Beds were comfy, showers stocked with towels, washcloths and hand towels. They even provided amenities such as laundry soap, dryer sheets to coffee amenities as well as face and bar soap. Very impressed! Within walking distance of the Dollar General, and Sovineer malls. Beach access within walking distance as well. Pool was extremely clean, and a very nice place to relax when we weren't at the beach. It was never overcrowded. Overall, 10/10 score and would recommend anyone to stay here We would definitely stay here again. Thanks to Rick for hosting us and making this trip memorable!

Awesomeness

The property was clean, it was a quiet, wonderful stay. The way the property is decorated is perfect for a beach feel. I felt right at home. Quiet, secluded pool, and community is rather secluded as well. Grocery store and souvenir shops within walking distance. Definitely will stay again next time in gulf shores/Orange beach

Looked brand new on the inside!

The host was easy to communicate with. The condo looked brand new and very clean. They do need to do something with the road. Very large pot holes. Carport is too narrow to park a large truck in.

Dishes and hall bathroom were not clean when we arrived Had to kill several large bugs on my stay. Master bathroom had slow slow drain, with sunken floor board at entry. Pretty far walk to the beach due to private condos.

Solo trip

Everything was going well however ac can only go to 72 very small water heater as well. Found dirty dishes and silverware. Found cockroachs in the room as well. I left a night early. Needs cleaned better and upgraded. Definitely a renters special.

Had issues

A/c did not work well. Not one of the doors to rooms or bathrooms shut well or lock. Had one room get locked and my kid got stuck in the room had to call to have it fixed . Took us for ever to get sliding balcony doors to open to get her out .was told it slept 6 and the two kids sleep on blow up bed that had to be keep blown up. Was told the day we arrived that the washer worked and dryer was broken. Plus there was cockroaches. Everywhere .

Right across the road from the beach. Check in and check out were super easy.
