Venez séjourner dans la propriété la plus à l'ouest sur la plage, offrant l'une des meilleures vues. Située sur la plage d’Inlet, cette propriété vous permet de profiter à la fois d’eau douce et d’eau salée! Pinnacle Port est situé dans le quartier très populaire de la station balnéaire de Carillon Beach, à une courte distance de la pittoresque région de South Walton, connue sous le nom de 30a!
Notre condo a été complètement rénové. Nous avons un nouveau téléviseur intelligent de 50 pouces dans le salon, une cuisine et des appareils électroménagers neufs. Les matelas et les lits sont neufs. C'est le luxe à son meilleur. De superbes vues depuis le balcon du lever du soleil et de superbes vues sur les couchers de soleil depuis le salon et la chambre du bas. Pinnacle Port est une vie vraiment ancienne en Floride.
La station a des tonnes de commodités et situé dans sa propre communauté fermée. Nous avons deux piscines, une chauffée en hiver et fermée pour en faire une piscine couverte. Nous avons des courts de tennis, des terrains de pétanque, des terrains de jeu de palets, du volleyball et une aire de jeux. WIFI et le câble sont fournis dans le condo. Nous avons également le magnifique lac Powell à l’arrière de la propriété, c’est un lac de dunes côtières qui est idéal pour la pêche, le paddle, le kayak, la navigation de plaisance et le jet ski. La station loue des pagaies et des kayaks pour une somme modique et nous avons deux disponibles pour votre plaisir. Pas de plages surpeuplées à cette extrémité de la plage, il ne manque que VOUS!

Great View!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. The kiddos enjoyed swimming in both the pools and we loved sitting at the bar in the living room drinking coffee and watching the dolphins that came every morning.

Family Vacation. 2023

During our stay the riptide was so bad that we could not get in the ocean but the complex had two pools that made it nice to cool off. The room was as described online and the owners were readily available for easy checkin and questions. We had a wonderful time.

Excellent Location

We enjoyed staying in this unit over Fall Break. The views were wonderful from the 7th floor! Although the facility is older, this unit has been updated. There are still signs of age visible, but the location of the condo made up for that. The second floor kitchen/living area is unique, but not a problem other than carrying coolers up or down the stairs. Plenty of room for our family of 5!

Our hosts were just the best...great property with just one of the best beaches...we truly had a great vacation....love the gated property and it was a very quiet rental....easy driving distance to really anything you could want....don't miss The Donut Hole......

Read description thoroughly

i didn't read the description, my fault. I was expecting to sit in a chair on the patio and look out at the ocean, from east to west, and the view was not acceptable at all. i wont be back.

Amazing Views and Empty Beaches

I stayed for 4 days / 3 nights at James and Katie’s place. I followed the directions in the welcome email and check in was a breeze. The condo was very clean and the views were amazing. I can only speak for the upstairs bed, but it was a dream. I enjoyed being able to walk to Carillon Market where there are a couple restaurants and a spa. I would definitely recommend staying at James and Katie’s place. Thanks for having me!

Perfect location for our family!

Quiet location in Panama City! We loved having Powell Lake behind the condo and the ocean at the front. The condo was clean, well appointed with all the items we needed to feel right at home. A very enjoyable stay.
