Great stay at OIB

Great property with views of the marsh and the ocean. Perfect location for our needs. The unit was perfectly clean and the elevator was perfect for handling a wheelchair. Would definitely recommend.

Great location! Quiet are of the island, but only a short distance from the beach, pool, and shops. Clean and had all kitchen supplies needed for our stay. As one that is frequently bit by mosquitos, I had no bites all week! Communication was great with host.

Family Beach Trip

A great beach condo in a great location. It is an easy walk to the beach or a drive to the beach club! The host was excelllent at communication and great to work with overall. Highly recommend this location and we hope to visit again soon.

Great spot

This condo was perfect for our family. The elevator was very helpful for our elderly parents. The property was clean, well equipped with everything we needed and very spacious for a week long stay. Would stay here again!

We love the 4 bedrooms 4 baths units. Great for a family with adult children. Also nice having access to the gas grill. Walking distance to the beach excellent location!

Family vacation

From the moment we walked into the property from the time we left to come home we were very happy with our stay. We loved that we had plenty of room for us all to be together but also our own individual space if needed. We absolutely loved it and any questions we had the host was quick to answer. Will definitely be staying here again and We Love OIB!!!

Total Relaxation - A piece of Heaven â€ïžđŸ•¶ïžđŸïžđŸŸđŸ 

This was the most beautiful relaxing vacation we have ever had. The owners are amazing! Condo is beautiful w/ amazing views of the sunrise/sunset. The turtles 🐱 are adorable. The beach is spectacular. Locals are engaging and friendly! We can’t wait to return and maybe someday make it our home ❀

A great rental for the week. Owner is very quick to respond to any questions! Condo was exactly as described. Location was very close to the tennis/pickleball courts and a short walk to the beach. A quiet end unit :D

OIB 2023

The condo was everything we needed and more during our stay! It is so hard to find a pet friendly place anymore so we are especially grateful for that so our fur babies could experience the beach. It had beautiful sunrise views off the back porch and it came fully equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen for the week! Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful condo! We would definitely book again!

Great Value at OIB

We had four adults and two children. The condo was plenty large to accommodate all of us. It was very clean and Steve was easy to communicate with. The location is nice because you have a good view of the inland waterway and a natural area from the back porch. the beach access is not a far walk. We rented a golf cart which I would recommend but not necessary.

Excellent stay at this beautiful beach condo

The condo was immaculate and fully stocked upon arrival. The descriptions are completely accurate and the views are the best ones in the complex in my opinion (we have stayed at 4 different condos in this complex over the years). This is the one we will try to get back to on our next visit. Steve was super responsive and great in all communications although we really didn't need anything during the visit as the condo was in tip top shape. Would highly recommend and we would love to visit again. Beach is a short walk and easy access; pet friendly which was super helpful for us. Outdoor back patio has a gate so the dog can be outside with us with no safety concerns. Great place!

Wonderful beach week with family

We had a great time with our son, our two daughters & their husbands and our first grandchild. The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious and met our needs perfectly. We drove to the beach parking area by the pool each day and enjoyed both the beach and pool. We found some fabulous seafood and had professional photos done at the beach one day. We loved that the back deck/porch was shaded in the afternoons and evenings. It was a great place to enjoy the sunset, watch for the alligator in the pond below, enjoy a lightening storm and just sit in peace. The kitchen had everything we needed and the sitting space in the den was perfect for our movie nights after the baby was asleep. Thank you for letting us use your place!

October is beachin!

This has been a WONDERFUL Experience! The condo is absolutely beautiful! It is exactly what I had hoped for but even better than I expected! Very clean and tidy, spacious yet comfortable it is the perfect getaway to feel like your home away from home! The location is incredible on the west side of the island but within a short walk to the beach access. I have spent every moment possible on the large and accommodating back porch with my morning coffee or evening glass of wine just enjoying the view of the sound of the ocean and watching the wildlife. I cannot wait to come back, the owners are attentive and communicative and have made me feel like a house guest that is always welcome!

Lovely, comfortable condo

Just Beachy has everything you want for a relaxing vacation: clean, spacious, and comfortable! The location is close to the beach, close to many great restaurants and grocery stores! The owners are very responsive and though we did not need anything, we knew they were just a text, call or email away! Highly recommend!!!

Great vacation location

Steve was an excellent host and came personally to repair gas grill. Condo was clean, kitchen was reasonably stocked, and beach was a short walk away. The view from back deck was awesome.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful. My family enjoyed the outside space on the deck. It was nice to go swimming in the pool after we came out of the ocean. Scott responded quickly to any questions I had. There was a lot to do in the area. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

Awesome vacation

The host was very responsive. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. My 87 yr old mother especially enjoyed watching the turtles and fish in the canal behind the condo. We're hoping to rent it again next year.
