✹Important Details for a Smooth Stay✹

Golf Cart Use: There is an additional fee of $100/day for the golf cart. A liability waiver and rules agreement must be signed before use.

Pet-Friendly Paradise: Pets are welcome. A $200 pet fee applies for a maximum of two dogs (max weight 50lbs). Dogs must be well-trained, housebroken, crated if left unattended, current on vaccinations, and leashed at all times per Gulf County ordinance and HOA rules. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dogs.

Community Growth: This new home is in a growing community with ongoing construction. Enjoy landscaped ponds, nature preserves, and miles of deeded beach access. Lifeguards are not on duty at the beach or community pools. While the natural beauty is cherished, local wildlife (black bears, alligators, snakes, etc.) are not within our control

What a treat!

This house is such a gem and the owners are wonderful. Communication was excellent. The house was a great size for four adults and three kids. The golf cart is a must! Riding it down old 98 to the different beach accesses and pools was one of the highlights of our stay. The house was clean and comfortable stocked with all the things one would need. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful and so relaxing!!

This was our first family vacation to Port St Joe FL. Beautiful area and the beaches are lovely. Kids had a blast! Our rental was spacious, clean and so inviting. We really enjoyed our stay here. Our hosts were informative and friendly. We got lots of tips for places to eat, things to do, etc. They were always available right away with any questions we had. Thank you Amie for sharing your home with us!!

Home away from home.

This property is outstanding. From the minute we booked Amie was wonderful to work with. The home is set in a very warm, friendly, beautiful community. The home is bigger and better than we expected. It was very clean, neat, yet warm and made you feel you were home. The kitchen was big and had seating for everyone. The bedrooms were comfortable and pristine. The bathrooms were very clean and tidy. The moment you opened the door you felt so relaxed and welcomed. Amie was a great person to work with. She was able to assist in my many questions but went over and above to make us feel welcome and at home. The pools are so nice and the beach close enough to walk, ride the bike or take a golf cart ride. Well dome Amie, Well done.

Baby Blue

We had six adults and two children (age 7) in our group and I can’t say enough positive things about it. The house is so spacious, meticulously clean and beautifully appointed. We ate in most nights and the kitchen has everything you would ever need. We are big coffee drinkers, so we really appreciated the Ninja coffee maker. The garage has everything a family would need for the beach, pools, or just hanging out. The house was stocked with lots of fun family games The golf cart was a blast and so convenient to navigate the area. The Windmark community is very dog friendly- they even have a dog park! Anytime we had a question, our host was super responsive which was wonderful. All the beds were so comfortable! Loved having Smart TV’s. The internet was blazing fast which was wonderful for the three people in our group that had to work a few hours a day during our stay. We would highly recommend the Baby Blue for a couple or a family.

Amazing! Will be back for sure. I’m someone that usually is ready to go home after a week away but this place feels so much like a home away from home you are not going to want to leave. They have everything and I do mean everything you need. So clean and so organized. Perfect for families. The host are so responsive and helpful. I can’t give this place enough stars :)

We fell in love with WindMark Beach our first visit. Between the natural beach paths, stretches of white sand beach, numerous boardwalks, manicured trails for walking, biking, golf-carting, the shops and restaurants in the village center, the pools, and the close proximity to Mexico Beach, Downtown Port St Joe, Cape San Blas, and Apalachicola, we were swept off our feet with the Forgotten Coast. We love the pristine natural beauty of the beaches and the bay, the people, and the small town coastal feel. Top it off with a variety of top knotch local eateries, breweries, boutiques and shops- I just don’t know what else we could have asked for!

Golf cart to toodle to the pools, boardwalks, beaches, village center, or to watch the sunset on the bay? Done. We want your stay to be the best!
