Clean room and excellent location, responsive and kind host. Just biblical levels of greed to not provide any linens at all when we're paying the price we are. Just include it in the cleaning fee at least? Just a general lack of love in the place overall, seems like cutting costs is the main thought not comfort of the guests.

We loved staying here, it was super clean and had a great ocean view. Our only complaint was the mattress in the bedroom, other then that it was perfect.

Nice, well equipped condo. Great view and proximity to beach. One of the nicest NC beaches! Great restaurants in the area. Very quiet layed back spot. We had a great stay and we recommend coming here for a relaxing getaway.

The view and beach access were the highlights of our stay. Check in and parking were easy, the host was friendly and reached out the night before, and the beach chairs were a nice bonus.Unfortunately, the condo itself was disappointing. After arriving, it made sense why most of the listing photos were close up and didn’t really show the overall space. The condo was much smaller and more worn than we expected. There was trash left in the trash can, lots of sand throughout the unit, and a noticeable smell. The couch and chairs were damp, the bed was uncomfortable, and every shower was cold during our stay.The lighting was also frustrating. Several light switches didn’t do anything, so the condo was mostly lit by lamps. There were no curtains, which made the space feel less private, especially with neighboring balconies so close. The balcony had a nice ocean view, but it didn’t feel very private.There was no laundry detergent provided, so we weren’t able to wash towels or clothes during our stay.The beach was only a short walk away, although there were quite a few stairs. Even during peak season, the beach wasn’t overly crowded and we were able to find a place to set up.Overall, the location on the water was nice, but the condition of the condo didn’t match the overall price we paid.

Beautiful, clean and super convenient! Owner was so easy and responsive to work with. Views are beautiful from the balcony. One flight of stairs to the beach and a short walk to the pool. Had a great stay!

Best birthday getaway!

My husband wanted me to enjoy the beach for my birthday and this was the perfect gift! The view from the balcony was perfect and we were only steps away from the beach! Another bonus was that the beach was never over crowded! I would recommend this place and definitely plan to book again in the future!

Home away from home!

Nancy was a wonderful host, friendly and very clear with instructions/directions within the condo. The views were breathtaking and the property was quiet & well cared for. My kids enjoyed the surrounding activities and easy access to the beach right from the condo itself.

Beach relaxation

The condo was perfect size for our group. I went with my daughter and 3 grandkids and they all had a blast Although the weather called for rain all week we got 3 good beach days out of 5.

Great place overall

We really enjoyed ourselves here. Great communication. It was perfect size for our family of three. It was clean. The ocean view is wonderful and it was so quiet and peaceful. Great location for searching for sharks teeth and shells!

The Town of North Topsail Beach is pleased to announce a series of free community events on select Saturdays of the 2021 summer season. There are movie series located at Richard C. Peters Park at 465 New River Inlet Rd, North Topsail Beach, NC, 28460. All ages are welcome to attend.

Four other movie screenings are also planned throughout the summer at the Richard C. Peters Park, which are listed in the schedule below. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets, chairs, snacks, water, etc., to each showing. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
