Robyn was an excellent hostess and the condo was really nice. We loved the front screened in porch and the balcony that faced the ocean. We enjoyed a very relaxing week and felt right at home.

The rooms were great. Beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed except a recliner. I must sleep sitting up. But I wasn't expecting to have one. Robyn was wonderful to work with and we will book her rooms again. Loved the balcony and the screened-in porch was a real bonus.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was beautiful and weather was great . Our host was one of the best we have ever encountered and made the stay so much better. Rate this an A and will stay again. Top floor 3400 end unit was the best !

Nicely decorated and perfectly stocked with everything you would need for a relaxing stay. The double porches were a treat - we watched the ocean during dinner then moved to the front porch to watch the sunset. Loved it!

This property was excellent. Robyn is a great host and very attentive during your stay. Everything you need to start your stay is provided, very nice touch. The kitchen is well stocked, the bed is extremely comfortable, the condo is beautifully decorated and bright. It was extremely clean upon arrival. The view of the ocean is excellent from the balcony and the sunrises were stunning. The sound views from the screened in porch were great as well with spectacular sunsets every evening. Thank you for a great place to spend our week relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Topsail Island.

We picked this condo based on location. It was on the beach, close enough to see/hear the waves from the balcony, it had a king size bed, and was a better option than a hotel room for us. Robyn communicated well, we had everything we needed, and had a good stay.

thanks for the five star review. The ocean front location does provide guests with a much better option than one of the hotels on the main land. Off-season pricing with short stay minimums make it a great option for a weekend stay.

Amazing stay! Such a quaint little place with amazing ocean and sunset views. Robyn was such a great host and had a whole folder of food recommendations and fun activities to do during our stay. The check in and check out process was easy and no fuss. Loved the direct beach access, our little one wanted us out there every day. Definitely will be coming back!

The unit was nicely equipped & pleasantly furnished. The sleeping was heavenly: super quiet, great AC, & great kingsize, comfy bed. All household linens were clean & plentiful.The kitchen was well stocked for entertaining a dozen folk.Being the corner unit this condo has a front screened in porch for great sunsets & a back balcony view of the ocean, limited by building architectural design. The oceanfront component is our main reason for this trip therefore we were quite disappointed with this feature. We were also disappointed with the lack of comfortable & safe outdoor furniture for the porch, balcony & beachOne day our huge resort was without electricity for 3-4 hours midday. Another day all of North Topsail Island was without water for 3-4 hours, early evening.The guests need to walk long distances to get within the buildings to access the one swimming pool, large fun playground, garbage station, one elevator and most importantly the ocean.Hopefully all of these logistics will be a near future focus on this beautiful piece of North Carolina.

We recently updated the room with blackout shades, and being a top-floor end unit really helps ensure that peaceful, private, and quiet environment our guests appreciate. The oversized oceanfront balcony is definitely a favorite spot—whether you are enjoying morning coffee at the high-top resin dining set or relaxing with a book on the cushioned recliners.

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days, and it was a great vacation. The unit was very clean, the views were great, the bed was super comfortable, and Robyn was in touch with me from day one making sure we had everything we needed. 10/10, Definitely would recommend staying here for your beach getaway

This property was perfect for the two of us and very comfortable. Robyn has everything you can think of that you might need. Paradise at Topsail Villa

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at North Topsail and Robyn's deluxe ocean front villa. The view from the balcony was outstanding, very clean, and many amenities for cooking, going to beach. We highly recommend staying here!
