We went to Miami for the Miami Boat Show and visit friends. The studio was perfectly as described on VRBO site. Francky Jean is a Super Host. She really took great care of us. She was available for our every needs.

June 2025 stay

Overall, my stay at the property was mostly pleasant. The unit was clean, the check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the convenience of a dedicated parking spot.However, I did have a few reservations. There was no key or keypad to lock the door to the studio apartment itself, which made me feel a bit uneasy. Additionally, the placement of electrical outlets wasn’t ideal for charging my phone and other electronic devices.Lastly, I may have missed this in the listing, but I wasn’t aware the unit was attached to what I assume is the owner’s home. I had been under the impression that it was a standalone studio. There were not issues, but I generally do on stay in location that are attached to the owner or others.

Great Place

The room was great and our time in the room was great. We booked this room because it was in the middle of all the sites we were planning to visit. We were not familiar with the area or the traffic so it was a little further from the beach (time-wise) than we expected. Otherwise, it was good. Communication with the host was great and very prompt. The room was very clean and had a nice kitchen area that we didn't use but would have come in handy if we would have stayed longer. We highly recommend it.

The studio was perfect for our family of 3. Recently built with minimalist & modern IKEA type decor & well thought out. Air conditioning & ceiling fan worked great, bed was comfortable & kitchen had everything we needed for our 3 night stay.

Kozy stay

This property was located close to everything that we needed. - shopping, groceries etc. Hollywood Beach was 20-30 min. drive depending on the time of day. Most places that we visited were all 20 min. away. Located in a neighborhood where we felt safe to go for walks.The suite itself was small but adequate for 2 people and had a small kitchen area with a table for two. Our host Franky & his lovely wife were very accommodating, and provided us with everything we needed in a timely manner. Communication was great. We liked the private coded access with a second door to lock inside. Parking was in front in driveway for 1 vehicle. There is no yard to access, but a small bistro table with chairs is located by the walkway. It has Roku t.v. which was a learning curve for us, but with assistance from our hosts, we figured it out. Overall our experience was good. We stayed for 2 wks.

Great Place for Short Stay

Great place for our long weekend stay. It was a great location and close to the Hard Rock Stadium to watch the Orange Bowl. It was very clean, quiet, and had everything we needed.

Great stay - comfortable space

All was as described. Quaint unit with comfortable bed, lovely shower and bathroom space and a kitchenette stocked with dishes and cookware. We were very comfortable during our 2-night stay. Checkin and checkout were seamless and we greatly appreciate communication from the host before and during our stay!
