We really enjoyed our stay! The location was outstanding, within walking distance of Main Street and many of the restaurants, shops, and attractions we wanted to enjoy as a family. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well suited for our family. The hot tub was a huge hit with the kids! The hosts were excellent, very responsive and communicative, and thoughtfully checked in on us throughout our stay. Our only minor disappointments were the inability to lock the hot tub room, which had access to the outside balcony, and the bathrooms being somewhat underwhelming compared to the listing photos. Overall, a wonderful property in an excellent location that we would highly recommend!

Beautiful view! Great location close to Main Street shops and restaurants. Parking spot in a garage was handy. Note that you are right above a fairly busy street and traffic noise was noticeable at night. We also had some unexpected construction right outside the unit in the middle of the night that kept everyone up during one of the nights of our stay. Private hot tub is a highlight and was enjoyed! Unit is well decorated as pictures indicated. Primary bath shower could use a deep clean and repair. Otherwise a very clean rental. Plenty of towels and amenities.

Terrific location walkable to all of the downtown locations and to gondolas. In summer, keep doors and windows closed along with curtains to keep the heat out during the day. Great cool sleeping at night with the windows open and fans blowing! Furnishings and beds were comfortable. Even has steam option in the showers!! In the winter, you'll enjoy the hot tub adjacent to the back porch and dining area! Lovely outside deck to have your morning coffee or evening apéritif!

Third time’s the charm! We’ve stayed at River Mountain Lodge three times now in three different units, and this condo was by far our favorite. It was incredibly clean, welcoming, and offered plenty of space for our family of three. Check-in and check out were easy. Parking a plus! Although the snow gods weren't too kind during our visit, having a private hot tub to soak in after long ski days was amazing! Also,the mountain views from the balcony were stunning. We would absolutely stay here again!

The most convenient place we have ever stayed in breck! From skiing to talking to town to a hot tub in our condo. It was the perfect trip!

The place was great -- clean, well-equipped and well-furnished. We loved having a private hot tub and the quick walk to downtown. Our only complaint is that it's advertised as ski in-ski out, but it's only ski out. You need to take a shuttle to a lift or walk down the road 10 minutes to get to the gondola, a walk that feels kind of long in ski boots.

We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday! This condo was perfect! We enjoyed the hot tub and the balcony! The walk to Main Street was perfect! We cannot wait to visit again! Everything was so clean!
