Le condo se situe paisiblement au sommet boisé de Brickyard Mountain et offre une vue spectaculaire sur le lac Winnipesaukee et les montagnes environnantes. Moins de 800 mÚtres de la plage de Weirs!
Les clients ont accĂšs Ă  l'ensemble du condo, y compris la piscine, l'aire de pique-nique, le foyer, la salle de sport, le centre d'affaires, la salle de jeux et le centre de blanchisserie.

Pour accéder à la salle, vous passerez au 4Úme étage par ascenseur ou par un escalier. Une fois au 4Úme étage, vous trouverez notre unité!

Nous avons deux unitĂ©s cĂŽte Ă  cĂŽte qui peuvent se connecter (comme un hĂŽtel)! Si vous ĂȘtes intĂ©ressĂ© Ă  louer les deux, veuillez me contacter pour obtenir des prix rĂ©duits! Would stay again...

Great location, walking distance to Wiers. Clean room, great having coffee maker and mini fridge in room. Loved having 2 different options with the queen beds, one mattress was firmer one was super soft. Spectacular View!
View is much more than this but this is a portion...

Good proximity to the beach and NH Pavilion

It was a good place to stay for a concert as it is only 10 minutes and a straight drive to NH Pavilion. Close to Weirs Beach.

Spent one night. Didn’t get a chance to explore the complex, so this is strictly on the room. No real major complaints, but I had one key cash, so I only paid 110 for the night. I wouldn’t have stayed here for the full asking price. It was just a cheap motel room. Fine for what we needed, but nothing outstanding. Clean, but very basic. Nice view.

The bed was very bad, when you sat on the side of the bed you could feel the springs. The coffee pot was on a table near the window and the electric power chord was 2 feet short to the electric outlet. I put the pot on the counter in the bathroom to to use the electric outlet. I had to find the electic outlets for two lights that were unplugged. the light between the two beds and the floor light near the window. There was not one tissue. let alone a box, I have very runney sinus issues and had to use toilet paper. The only thing I will say positive of the unit is the view from the window, it was fantastic.

Room 405A

Overall the stay was good. A little disappointed that it showed in the pictures a balcony, however there wasn't for this room, just one down on the second floor to share with others. You couldn't control the air conditioner, as the buttons were broken, and the fridge somehow shut off and leaked water all over the floor during the night, which we fixed the next morning. The wall plugins are old and things don't stay plugged in well. I think it needs some improvements, but mostly don't show a private balcony in the pictures...very misleading..All in all it was ok

The view was lovely.

The numbers I was given for the keypad main entrance were wrong. They did not work. Thankfully a gentleman showed up to get in and he gave us the correct number. The outlet in the bathroom where the hairdryer is does not work. We didn't see any trash receptacle by the building according to the directions I was given. But there was one on a lower parking lot on the way out. Thise were the frustrating things. The location is good and the view is beautiful!!

Fantastic views and a convienient location

This is an excellent place for a getaway at the lake. It has terrific views and is close to all of the amenities. We sat at the window every morning and watched the sun rise over the lake. We had a list of places we wanted to check out and the location was central for our sightseeing. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Wonderful view!

This was a perfect property to rent. There's a mini fridge, a microwave, glasses, plates and silverware for your use. There are also towels for you to use at the beach. Two comfy beds, and the view was astounding! Two humongous windows showed me the sunrise every morning. The lake is gorgeous and you can see a lot of it...

Perfect Spot

Spent the weekend, and it was the perfect spot. Great location, close to everything in and around the lake. Easy to get to, and most importantly the view in the morning was AMAZING.

Mesmerizing Views

This property was amazing with all the amenities. Its right in the center of everything focused around the lake. Perfect for kids or just an adult getaway. We can't wait to be back.

The description of the place is a little off. It has a nice game room but in the lobby still a nice game room with a great view. The room is small but compared to a hotel is stay here any day. The view is amazing and about a 1-3 min drive from everything that area has to offer. Would recommend friends to stAy
