You find 1 queen bed, 2 roll away beds, and a pullout queen sofa bed in living area. Now Offering 1 night stays- Beautiful pool with patio and grills. Laundry and vending machines available as well. Restaurants & Billards with Bar onsite - Plenty of parking for boats, bikes, and trailers etc. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The kids and family will enjoy the awesome foosball coffee table, 50 inch TV, with many other board games. Now being offered in this area is a shuttle bus to and from many locations including BONH pavilion (Concerts) for a fee. The host provides plenty of water, coffee, snacks and a few other necessities for guest convenience!
This Condo is in a prime location, with the popular Weirs beach only 3 miles away and BONH Pavillon only 4 miles away, along with Gunstock Mtn 7 miles away. Grocery store is in walking distance along with the Margate beach area. There’s an excellent Italian and Breakfast restaurant on site.Fireworks take place on some weekends that you can enjoy from your private balcony! The host was excellent. Great at communication and helping with check-in. Not too fancy on the outside, but gorgeous on the inside. The condo was nicely remodeled, clean, and well maintained. Everything we needed was available including small sundries like sunglasses and sunscreen if you possibly forgot yours. The balcony has a beautiful lake view and the area around the property seemed safe and nice. Restaurants close by within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Super clean

It's everything as advertised. Super clean, AC units cranked cold air, location was superb, we loved the baskets full of everything you forgot to bring. 5 adults slept comfortably. All utensils, dishes and cooking materials, pots pans etc and Keurig with coffee pot, fridge and stove were immaculate. Hostess responded almost immediately to all questions. We will be back.

Our stay was satisfactory, although we felt that the decor was not as warm as what we've experienced in other rentals, especially the artificial wood flooring. we kept all of the lights on to make the place feel warm. Communications with Sherry were excellent, and she provided ample snacks.

Exactly what we were looking for.

We were looking for a place to stay for the Ironman Timberman 70.3. The condo was located a short 3 mile drive from the start/finish of the race. The property was as described and was a perfect fit for our needs. Added bonus, the grocery store is within walking distance to the condo!!

Thoughtful touches and tremendously comfortable

This property was such a pleasant surprise! The exterior of the building is older but what the owners have done inside their unit is spectacular. So clean, so many amenities and thoughtful touches. Perfect spot to stay when seeing a concert at Bank of NH Pavilion. Will definitely stay again,

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. The location is perfect! We really enjoyed all the extra details put into this property. Summer get a way

We had a great experience. Condo was updated . Decorated very nicely. We were very happy to have all the amenities. Especially the toiletries coffee and spring water. Liked being able to have Netflix . We definitely felt at home.

Wonderful Condo

This is a nice bright clean condo. The owner provides a number of extras that you won't find anywhere else. The communication is like nothing I have ever experienced.....replies within minutes and updated fyi emails. Don't let the exterior of the complex turn you away, you won't be disappointed by this unit.

Great stay
