Great location & house!

Our party of 4 adults and 4 children loved this space! It was much more roomy than the pictures. There were gates available in the bedroom closet to put at the top of the staircase which was absolutely necessary because we had a crawling baby with us. It was disclosed ahead of time that we needed paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins) and our own linens but there was no salt. However there was pepper and garlic powder. Dish soap was provided. The rooms were large and spacious, big enough to fit two pack and plays with space leftover. The first bedroom bed was pretty firm and uncomfortable but the other bed was very comfortable. The washer & dryer worked well and we brought our own laundry detergent. The location was absolutely wonderful. It was two blocks from the beach and it was not overly crowded. Extremely clean as well! This property is one of the only ones on the block that does not have an outdoor patio but for our group it was nice having small children. It was an additional place for them to play and it was safer than having an outdoor patio. We never had an issue finding street parking and the back parking space was spacious as well. Overall it was a great location. Meg was wonderful answering all our questions. We would absolutely go back.

Great for families

Beautiful home close to the quiet South End Beaches and playground. Nice bike path behind the home as well. Great communication with the owner! Meg was always available if we needed her! Great home for families!

Nice and Convenient Condo

We enjoyed our stay in southern Ocean City. The condo was just a few blocks from the beach and walkable to a few take-away restaurants and ice-cream. The information center was also a just few blocks away making the purchase of beach tags convenient. Appreciated the off-street parking which was large enough for a full size SUV. The small shed and clothes line came in handy The owner was pleasant and easy to reach as needed. She supplied us with needed information upfront A few recommendation to improve the rating are: the mattress covers and chair covers were soiled and could use a good cleaning or replacement. The non-stick pans need replaced. The floors and baseboards were a little sandy/dusty when we arrived. Overall was a nice place with a few minor recommendations

Great family beach stay

Our family of six had a great week at the beach. Condo was clean and spacious and an easy walk to the beautiful beach front. Loved that the beaches on the South End seemed a little less crowded compared to up by the boardwalk. Lots of great places to grab lunch and dinner. Kids loved evening walks to A la Mode ice cream.

Pros: Clean, spacious, walking distance to beach, good communication with owner. Cons: TV from the downstairs unit was so loud it made it difficult to hear the TV in this unit.

Great shore property

Great location with just a short walk to the beach. The condo was very clean and was well equipped. The rooms were a good size and we loved the sunroom. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Stay at the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Very bright and nicely decorated. It was very clean, check in was easy, and any communications were always responded to quickly. It is a great location with it being only a couple blocks to the beach. Also within walking distance to subs, pizza, and water ice.

Lovely long weekend

Our group of two couples had a great stay for an extended long weekend in August. Everything was spotless, which we especially appreciated during a COVID 19 summer. There was plenty of space to not feel on top of each other, but also spend time together. The walk to the beach was very quick— and the beach itself was lovely! We appreciated the beach chairs! We would not hesitate to stay again. Only improvements could be providing trash bags and some kitchen basics like salt and pepper, oil, etc.

Long weekend getaway

Awesome Getaway!

First thing we noticed, walking thru the door was how clean the home was! Someone really took the time to make sure things were clean and neat. This house is charming and inviting, lots of sunshine in dinning room/sitting area. We had our own parking space, which was so convenient. House is short walk to beach. Two beach tags were included in rental, that was awesome!!!! Property manager answered all my questions prior to my arrival in timely manor Id def stay here again n recommend to friends

Great property and host

The house was perfect and super close to the beach. Easy check in with the lock box. Everything was super clean. Megan responded very quickly when we had a question. Also we left a charger behind and she kindly mailed it right back to us. Highly recommend staying her! Thank you Megan!

Perfect home away from home!

The house was perfectly clean, well maintained and had all the essentials. It aesthetically put you in the mood for the beach and relaxation. Family oriented area and very close walking distance to the beach. Absolutely perfect!
