The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was close to town and close to the ski resort which made planning simple. The host was excellent, we look forward to staying here again next year!

Beautiful Home

We were unable to make the trip this year due to illness. But we have multiple years experience at this property and we keep going back because it is such a beautiful home and so well maintained. We plan to be back next year!

Great Home!

Dan and Julie's house was a fantastic place to stay for our family while in Harbor Springs. It has a ton of space and an incredible front porch and back deck for outside hangouts. The kitchen was well-stocked and the house was well located for things in Harbor Springs itself or in the surrounding area. Dan and Julie were very proactive in their communication and attentive, though we had no problems during our stay! We'd definitely stay there again!

Spectacular Family Ski Trip!

Great Ski Getaway

Dan and Julie’s beautiful home was the perfect place for our family’s (group of 8) long ski weekend! The house was well-appointed with everything needed for a great stay, and the hosts were so warm and welcoming! We will definitely be back next year!

Absolutely Fantastic

This is our third year staying at this property. It is both beautifully maintained and also a beautiful property. The close proximity to downtown Harbor Springs and ski hills suits our needs perfectly. We keep returning because the house is both beautiful but also so comfortable. For us, it feels like home. Great Week Up North

We had a great week in Harbor Springs and our first to northern Michigan. Weather was spectacular, allowing us to enjoy excellent golf courses, restaurants in the area, biking, long walks, a day at Mackinac Island, Petoskey State Park, and most special, lots of early mornings on the porch drinking coffee, and nights around the fire enjoying family time. This house was perfect in every way, with top notch offerings of all amenities as listed, and absolutely spotless. We will look forward to a return trip.

This Place is Wonderful!

This home was the perfect place to enjoy a three generation ski weekend! The home was immaculate and had everything we needed for the weekend. Lots of space to spread out, comfy beds, and it was so close to the ski resorts! Owners were fantastic in their communications and they bent over backwards to make our stay memorable. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back! Thank you, Dan and Julie, for the fantastic hospitality!

Wonderful stay in Harbor Springs

The house was very comfortable and our host Dan made sure we had everything we needed. The home is a 1/2 block from the 25 mile bike path to Petosky and beyond. It was just a couple minutes from the downtown and lake and state park. Dan had great recommendations for dinners out, golf and kayaking. Highly recommend.

Fantastic home!

Beautiful home! Perfect place for our family of 7 ( 3 couples plus 1 child). Plenty of room, very clean! Excellent amentities! Everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Enjoyed the wrap around porch and fire pit in the back. Location was perfect to many attractions: we biked to Harbor Springs, visited downtown Petoskey, Pond Hill Farm, Walloon Lake, enjoyed golf in Charlevoix as well. Dan was also very responsive to text messages and wonderful to deal with. We will definitely return!

Nice and clean home walking distance to town.

Beautiful and comfortable home with plenty of space. We walked to town every day. Place is fully stocked with everything you need to cook at home. Place was very clean too which is good since we are pretty much clean freaks. Would definitely use again.

Clean and spacious home for a weekend with friends.

Property owner was very easy to communicate with. The photos don't do the space on the main floor justice. There is plenty of room for people to hang out after a day of skiing. Had a very nice time staying there.

Home away from home

Wonderful property; about 10 minutes from Nubs Nob and close to Harbor Springs. Spacious and great space for family dinners and relaxing. Owners were wonderful and we felt like we were in a home.

Beautiful and welcoming home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Harbor Springs home. It is on a very quiet road with a small view of the water. Very close to downtown Harbor Springs. The home was very inviting, clean and well-maintained. Towels were nicely laid out on beds upon arrival. Will stay here again if an opportunity presents itself. Thank you!

This is our family home that provides many memories for us and the 3 children raised here whom are now grown and starting careers away from town. Our "empty nester" is lived in year round but travel now gives us the opportunity to share this magnificent space with others traveling with friends or family to beautiful Harbor Springs. We don't consider our home a "rental property" and hope neither will you but rather our wish is that you consider it your home away from home throughout your stay.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This is a modern home with old world charm. Large rooms and hallways promote sociability without the cramped claustrophobic atmosphere of many much older area homes promoting space for 8+ adults with too few bathrooms. This home offers plenty of room to relax and a small peak at the Bay. It also sits on a full acre of land with 1/2 acre of woods in the rear to provide the peace and tranquility a "downtown" property cannot.

Newer Home Renovation Offers Much More Room Than Older In-Town Homes That Are Quaint But Lack Modern Convenience And Room To Spread Out. Work out equipment in lower level.
