Lake Michigan - Sunset View Cottage avec servitude pour l'accĂšs au lac, Good Hart

Chalet de quatre chambres à louer. Situé à 19 km au nord de Harbor Springs sur la pittoresque M-119 (le «Tunnel of Trees» de renommée nationale) à Good Hart, Michigan. Super endroit pour les cyclistes (derniÚre étape du tour à vélo DALMAC).

Nous préférons les locations du samedi au samedi de juin à août.

PrÚs de 2000 pieds carrés, la maison offre une vue magnifique sur le lac Michigan face au coucher du soleil depuis la plupart des chambres. Quatre chambres, trois salles de bain complÚtes - y compris la chambre principale avec lit king-size et luxueux avec surmatelas, 1 000 draps en fil de lit, un dressing et une salle de bain attenante. Il y a deux lits queen-size à plateau-coussin et un autre lit à plateau-coussin double dans les trois chambres restantes. Sous-sol fini contemporain.

La maison dispose de trois espaces de vie séparés, permettant de grandes réunions de famille.

La cuisine a un réfrigérateur et four / cuisiniÚre à gaz, lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes, laveuse et sécheuse, 4 téléviseurs HD dans toute la maison (y compris 62 '' avec systÚme stéréo surround au sous-sol). Il y a deux téléviseurs équipés d'Apple TV et deux de Roku (disponibles pour diffuser Netflix, Hulu, HBO Now, etc., ainsi que des chaßnes de télévision locales) et des lecteurs DVD Blu-Ray, quatre systÚmes stéréo et une salle de sous-sol avec table de ping-pong et table à cartes - offrant tout le confort de créature de la maison. Connexion Internet haut débit sans fil dans toute la maison. Linge de lit, serviettes de bain, ustensiles de cuisine et de repas fournis par le propriétaire du chalet.

Maison située à 400 pieds de la route sur un terrain trÚs boisé de plus de 5 acres offrant une intimité isolée. Servitude de plage située sous la propriété pour accÚs à la plage privée. Deux, les plages du canton à moins d'un mile du chalet. Ces points d'accÚs permettent un bon peignage sur la plage. Beaucoup de terrains de golf publics et semi-privés à distance de conduite facile. Lacs intérieurs récréatifs (lac Burt, lac Crooked, lac Pickerel, lac Larks, lac Douglas et autres) à proximité.

Belles boutiques uniques et magasin général à distance de marche.

À seulement 20 minutes du golf et du ski de Boyne Highlands.

Sept miles au sud du cĂ©lĂšbre Legs Inn, Cross Village. À huit milles au nord de Pond Hill Farm et de Harbor Springs Winery. Profitez du soufflage du verre chez Good Hart Glass Works ou de l'artisanat au Three Pines Studio.

This is a beautiful piece of property overlooking Lake Michigan sunsets. The house has plenty of cooking area with a well-supplied kitchen. The three full bathrooms makes group living easy. The beds are comfortable. There are plenty of sitting areas both inside and outside. There is plenty of outside space for lawn games. Access to the lake is an easy car ride away but can be walked if you don't mind a hill. Our group has been there 3 years in a row and has already signed up for our 4th year.

Quiet place in the woods

It was a nice quiet place in the woods with a view of Lake Michigan. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and pans. There were useful things like spices and dish soap and laundry soap. We enjoyed the ping pong table and the gaming table and it was nice to have a table big enough for puzzles that wasn't also where we had to eat. Sunset on the deck was very nice! We saw a lot of deer. The "church beach" was just what we needed.

Great location and comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay at the house with our large family of young adults/older teens. The area is quiet but close enough to action if you want it. We loved the Church beach and spending time on the outside deck. We would stay again.

Beautiful view

Even in the winter the sunset patio was a great place for an evening drink. Lots of room and places for people to relax. The basement and games were great entertainment.

Lake over look

We had a great time in the quiet hamlet of Good Hart. The back yard was full of wildlife, beautiful trees, fantastic deck with grill and comfortable seating. The house was comfortable, clean and well stocked. Nice walk to the two beaches and all kinds of hiking/walking trails. The view of Lake Michigan was over the top.

Peaceful sunsets!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset View. cottage. Plenty of room, even for a larger group, with two living areas and a basement game room. Nice bedrooms, large kitchen with everything you might need, and nice clean bathrooms. The backyard was the place to be, on a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. The view from the deck was so relaxing, the sunsets are beautiful! We weren't quite sure about how to get to the lake access, but figured it out with help from Patricia. You drive just around the block to an easement, and walk down a short path to the nice, sandy beach. Somewhat pebbly/rocky areas in the water, so water shoes might be helpful. Check in was easy, and Patricia was very prompt at answering any questions we had. Hopefully we will be back next year!

Little piece of paradises

This property was everything and more of what it says. Kitchen, and bathrooms well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. We had a fabulous time just sitting and looking out in Lake Michigan and seeing amazing sunset. Will be back again

Michigan vacation

Property was clean and very roomy. A bit outdated but had a rustic charm. Overall, the accommodations were very good in meeting our needs. Access to the beach was a bit farther away than we would have preferred, but the beach was spectacular! Beach was sandy spacious with no rocks. We all enjoyed our stay! Thank you. :-)

Perfect relaxing Lake views

Well organized, beautiful house . Plenty of space to leave hobbies and books in progress in between hikes. We enjoyed meals at small local restaurants a few times. Everything I want for cooking and baking is provided. Sunsets are beautiful.

Clean, comfy, cozy cottage with amazing sunset view

The cottage was the perfect location for our family gathering. There was abundant space and comfy beds for 6 adults. The sunset deck and fire pit were great and used each day to enjoy mother nature’s end of day show. The beach is a quick 4 minute drive away. The Good Hart store is a 5 minute walk away. If you are looking for a relaxing, nostalgic stay in Good Hart this spot is a great choice!

Would stay again!

Cottage was roomy, super clean and furnished with anything we needed. The view was stunning and lots of spots to sit and enjoy. No access to the lake on the property but the beach is a 2 minute drive away. Mesmerizing sunsets every night, lake breezes, bonfires and the quaint Good Hart General store is a 5 minute walk away. Couldn't ask for anything more. We can absolutely see why people come back every year.

Peaceful by the lake

Windward is a clean, comfortable cottage with amazing views of Lake Michigan. Lots of nice kitchen utensils, tools for cooking and baking. Watching birds, going for hikes, long bicycle rides (and space to work on the bike on the porch). Hubbie saw Northern Lights for the first time. Friendly, interesting small businesses and restaurants nearby.

Fantastic views

Seven of us who went to college together in the early 70’s had our annual gathering at this home. The home was a great size with lots of room for a group to gather. It was very comfortable. But the best thing about this house is the magnificent views from the patio. The yard and patio area are fabulous. If you are in the area I would highly recommend the Pointer boat tour in Harbor Springs.

This property has fabulous sunset views of Lake Michigan. It has plenty of space indoors and out for large families to gather together and find their own area to enjoy their own time. It is located along the famous M119 Tunnel of Trees. One of the most beautiful drives in the nation. This location is also a great remote home office. The location is in the heart of great numerous preserves for hiking given all the Little Traverse Conservancy properties https://landtrust.org/nature-preserve-map. You can also boat in the Great Lakes or along the inland waterway.
