Duplex récemment rénové avec l'océan Atlantique à quelques pas!

Ce duplex est nouveau sur le marchĂ© locatif et vient juste d’ĂȘtre complĂštement rĂ©novĂ© afin que tout soit frais et flambant neuf.

Tous les nouveaux appareils dans la cuisine, les nouveaux meubles, les nouvelles salles de bains, les nouveaux planchers et fraßchement repeints. Il est clair et lumineux et joliment meublé avec un décor de plage tout au long ..

La propriété est sur pilotis avec un parking ci-dessous. Le premier étage comprend une cuisine de bonne taille avec un bar, une laverie, un agréable coin repas et un coin salon avec un canapé-lit confortable et une chaise d'appoint. Il y a une grande télévision intelligente et bien sûr le Wifi. Une salle d'eau est également à cet étage.

A l'étage, il y a 2 chambres - la chambre principale a un lit queen et une télévision; la deuxiÚme chambre a 2 jumeaux. Il y a aussi une salle de bain complÚte à ce niveau avec un combo baignoire / douche.

Les deux chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond et des placards de bonne taille.

Des chaises de plage et un gril à gaz sont fournis et il y a une douche extérieure pour enlever tout le sable avant d'aller à l'intérieur.

Chaque niveau a un balcon oĂč vous pouvez vous asseoir dehors et regarder le lever du soleil fabuleux - ou profiter des soirĂ©es fraĂźches tout en sirotant un cocktail.

S'il vous plaĂźt noter que nous ne fournissons pas les draps et les serviettes.

Vous ĂȘtes invitĂ©s Ă  apporter les vĂŽtres ou Ă  les louer par nous.

Si vous envisagez d'emmener un chien, nous avons besoin d'une confirmation indiquant qu'il / elle est au courant des médicaments contre les puces VET PRESCRIBED. Nous vous demandons également de bien vouloir apporter des housses pour protéger les meubles et la literie des poils d'animaux.

Condo right in the beach

Perfect location, right on the beach, watch sunrise from your deck and listen to waves at night.House is pristine, has everything you want. Parking is under house and secured by fence.Great place for a weekend getaway

Beautiful Ocean View

Great dig friendly duplex right on the ocean! We so enjoyed the view from the living room and main bedroom;). What a pleasure to sit in bed and see the ocean:). Beach access over a boardwalk was steps away. Great place to walk our dog on and off the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceeded expectations

The location was perfect for our week's stay. Magical to be steps away from the ocean, over the dunes on a boardwalk, with the sound of surf continuously in our ears. Every morning we could watch the sun rise out of the Atlantic, and we were lucky to have a full moon also. The duplex was tastefully furnished with a well-equipped kitchen, new appliances, and really all the essentials for a delightful stay.

Beautiful, quiet and relaxing

Had a wonderful time on Amelia Island for a quick getaway. The property is freshly remodeled and so convenient to the beach, local watersports, Ft Clinch State Park and downtown. We loved it.

Great location.

What a fantastic way to start the day by looking at the beach and listening to the sounds of the waves. The place has been remodeled and decorated very cute. It has all the basic necessities. Both bedrooms are upstairs which can only be an issue if you have someone who has difficulty going up and down the stairs. The house is also very close to the historic downtown which lots of shops and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Somer minor issues such as poor outside lighting, central heating not effective in all areas, old toilet. One major issue was size of bed - way too small for a large person. Would still recommend for the location

amazing view!

This is a very comfortable and clean townhouse. It is well stocked with all kitchen needs to cook a meal. All furniture is comfortable, including beds. There are plenty of lamps and electric outlets, things we needed for our cpap and reading. Wifi is strong and easily accessible. It is simply a great choice for your vacation and the view is gorgeous. We were lucky enough to enjoy some beautiful sunrises from the beach side. Booking was easy with key code lock system. Hope to return.

Overall great house & short walk to beach

House was very clean & stocked well with kitchen utensils & cookware. We loved how close it was to the beach & it was just a very short walk. It was helpful there was a cart to take all our stuff to the beach & there were beach chairs which was nice. Only takeaways are the toilet upstairs was not very secure & was slightly wobbly & the couch was very worn in as cushions were pretty worn down but nothing that would deter us in the future.

Great location and very short walk to the beach. The north end of the beach is our favorite area so that is a big pluse. The unit was fine, the furniture is well used but ok. We were disappointed that the unit was not cleaned very well. With the other side occupied it can be noisy.

Great house with perfect location and perfect view!

We LOVED our stay at this property. The house was in great shape and looked recently renovated. It was super clean and had everything we needed, plus more. The location couldn't have been more perfect being right at the beach (which came in handy with a 4 year old that needed to go potty as soon as we got set up on the sand). One minor hiccup occurred while we were out to dinner, but Lee reached out and it was resolved within just a couple hours. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others (we already have). Thank you for sharing your house with us! My kids are already asking when we can come back.

Enjoyable Stay

The property has a great location. Its in a quiet neighborhood and basically on the beach. The view is unbeatable, you can watch the sunrise every morning. The beach is great and you are just steps from it. The property is nice, having been recently remodeled, it has new appliances. Great rental for a couple or up to a family of four,

Just as pictured!

Such a cute, comfortable place to stay with beautiful ocean views and balconies on both levels. We loved bringing our dog with us. The area is walkable and has a real neighborhood feel. We definitely plan to visit again!

Gorgeous spot

We wanted to get away for a few days safely. The location was at a less crowded South side of the island so it worked out very well. The view from the decks is incredible and the beach is a quick walk. Bring along a foam topper for the bed if you need a comfy bed to sleep in. Other than that, GREAT spot to stay.

Beach fun and relaxation

This beach house has beautiful beach decor and the view is stunning; having 2 balcony’s looking out at the beach and ocean. Very short walk to the ocean, which is a big plus. The cost was not cheap with the added cleaning and service fees, but well worth it to us. We opted to bring all of our own linens and towels which worked out fine. We also brought our own blankets and pillows but didn’t need to. There are 4 beach chairs, but we brought our own as well. We finally walked down to the rocks on the left and wished we had done it before our last day. There were lots of tide pools with lots of ocean life and you need time to explore there. It’s about an hour and half walk there and back. We brought our own kayaks and launched them at Kayak Amelia and had a blast. I saw the sunrise every morning and so happy I did. We would love to stay here again.
