Condo spacieux de deux chambres situé dans la belle plantation Omni. Ces unités sont en face de l'accÚs à la plage et sont un endroit parfait pour un séjour en famille.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision et d'une douche récemment rénovée. La deuxiÚme chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Le salon dispose d'une grande télévision à écran plat avec cùble et d'un surclassement premium. Un accÚs Internet haut débit sans fil est également disponible.

We loved the location w walking/ biking trails all around. This is across the street from the beach so perfect for beach lovers while still being quiet and peaceful.The condo was comfortable w easy check in and check out. Exactly as descriped. We would come back.

MOLD, MOLD, MOLD

Mold was found in the bathrooms and storage closet shortly after unpacking. No response from the rental agency that evening. Called next morning and was told it was only mildew, it wasn't and I have pictures of the mold. I was having breathing issues and we left the unit so they could send someone to check it out. It was after 2pm before they showed and just sprayed with a clorox cleaner and turned on the vents, which stirred it up. I went from breathing difficulties to full on asthma attack. They didn't have another suitable unit to move us to that evening. So we packed up and located a hotel. I am still dealing with breathing issues a week later and they haven't refunded any of our money. The mold appears is from a leak from the unit above. According to other owners in the building, this has been a known issue that hasn't been fixed for almost a year. Also, the pool was closed and green and the toilet was slow to flush. They kept saying there were other pools to use but wouldn't send the info as to which ones. I can not recommend this unit until the mold issue is addressed and leak repaired.

Easy place to stay!

The check in process was simple. The furniture was comfortable and there was seating for a large group! A couple small maintenance issues were fixed quickly and communication was prompt. The place just seems to have had some hard use and needs a little TLC but the weather was perfect, location was amazing, and overall we had an amazing week!

Omni amenities, cheaper price.

We always enjoy staying at the Omni Resort. This condo was centrally located and is spacious enough for a family of four. The carpet really needs to be replaced and it needs a thorough cleaning, but it met our needs. The VRBO charge and cost from the rental company didn’t match; so, we had to work that out with the rental company. They were friendly and accommodating.

Nice Place to Stay

2021 Beachwood was a nice play to stay for our beach vacation. It was clean and comfortable. Very conveniently located within the Amelia Island Plantation property and within walking distance to the beach. We had a great week there!
