2 CHAMBRES 1 SALLES DE BAIN 6 Ce duplex est aussi proche que possible de la plage. Juste sur Fernandina. De la fenĂȘtre du salon, regardez les dauphins nager! Il est joliment dĂ©corĂ© et a Ă©tĂ© une location populaire. CETTE LISTE EST POUR UN CÔTÉ DU DUPLEX SEULEMENT. Les unitĂ©s sont cĂŽte Ă  cĂŽte. CHAQUE UNITÉ CÔTÉ A DEUX CHAMBRES ET UN BAIN. Chaque chambre a un lit double et un lit simple. L'autre moitiĂ© de la propriĂ©tĂ© est portĂ©e sous VRBO ou numĂ©ro Ă  la maison 7364113 et vous pouvez voir que cette propriĂ©tĂ© a obtenu 5 Ă©toiles Ă©toiles pendant des annĂ©es aussi! Si vous souhaitez louer les deux cĂŽtĂ©s s'il vous plaĂźt vĂ©rifier les autres cĂŽtĂ©s pour un total de 4 chambres 2 salles de bains. Levers de soleil tous les jours et meilleur emplacement pour le surfcasting. Juste une promenade rapide sur la plage au nord jusqu'au SandBar - pour des hamburgers et des boissons fraĂźches! Si vous choisissez, nous vous invitons Ă  apporter un aimant de votre ville ou de votre État pour le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur. Je pense que ce sera amusant de voir d'oĂč nous venons tous. Amazing location! The unit was clean and everything you would need was supplied. The host replied very quickly to correspondence we had with her. Sitting on the back porch in the evening listening to the waves very relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, everything you want for a week stay. Literally steps away from the beach. Couple of places I would repeat stay on Fernandina beach, this is one.

Awesome location

This rental is clean, comfortable and well stocked! The location and views are awesome, our family had fun spotting dolphins from the deck and searching for shark teeth. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Minutes from beautiful downtown Amelia and local shopping. Restaurants nearby. The cottage was so clean and perfect. Amazing view. Right on the beach. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

This cottage and its owners are everything anyone needs for a getaway at lovely Amelia Island! Jane is so responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to this little gem!

Amazing!!

We loved our stay at this property in June and the location was literally perfect. Close to downtown and on a great strip of beach that was not busy at all. Our family rented both sides of the duplex and it worked out great!!

Awesome location! Like a private beach!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Location was excellent. Far enough away from public beach access, so we felt like we had the beach to ourselves! Caught great fish off the shore. Great sandbar for wading and swimming. Cottage itself was clean and as described. Having onsite parking and direct beach access were what sold us!

Great vacation

We really enjoyed the ocean view thru the big window and having the deck. We really appreciate that they let our furry babies stay with us so we don’t have to worry about leaving them behind. Everything we needed was provided. Thank you for the great time.

Heavenly

Two weeks away from colder February temperatures was a blessing. Played four rounds of golf, enjoyed meeting our duplex neighbors and appreciate fabulous local restaurants. Jane is a great communicator. We received our door code before arriving and were able to move right in after the long drive. Already looking forward to next year!

Everything was good, except for the weather. It rained most of the time. But we enjoyed the location and the beaches. There a couple of items at the house that need attention, but overall pretty good.

Great beach access!

Access to the beach cannnot be beat! We would definitely stay here again! Would be perfect with the addition of a dishwasher and the washing machine needs replacing (hard to close door with rust stains which can stain the clean clothing). A removable, handheld shower head would be a nice extra to help wash away sand in the shower. Overall, it is an unbeatable setup and would be absolute perfection with a couple of easy updates!

The view

Indeed the view is wonderful and the porch welcoming. The unit shows some wear. The towels are thin and coarse. The beach chairs are rusted or broken and the shower curtain moldy. Kitchen faucet needs a tune up as it leaks. Check in was smooth and communication regarding that was prompt. However called regarding a lamp in the living space was not functional and got no response back. Disappointed in that. A lovely location but amenities are lacking. These seem like an easy fix so hope owners can address for others.

I chose this for the proximity to downtown the fort to restaurants to everything Amelia the location cannot be beat.

This property is unique because it’s ocean front you cannot beat it. The best place in the world to be for breakfast is sipping on coffee and watching the subrise right on the deck!
