The space
Overlook Hideaway

Our home offers plenty of space to gather and enjoy everything the area has to offer. The view from the top deck is phenomenal, and you can also enjoy the view from inside the house through the windows that stretch from one end of the house to the other. You can access the upper deck from anywhere upstairs, and there is also a lower deck outside the guest bedroom and the den downstairs. Continue on down the path around the backyard to get to the fire pit lit by cafe lights.

The upstairs living room has a comfortable large sectional sofa and 2 leather recliners with lots of space to stretch out. There is a 75 inch smart TV with a bluetooth stereo system.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals.

The primary bedroom boasts incredible views right from the pillows! Premium king sized mattress and bedding make your stay extra comfortable. There is a small desk area as well for any work you might need to handle. There is also a 36 inch smart TV.

The attached bath is a dream with a full walk in glass shower, a large soaking tub, and a new marble double vanity.

There is a half bath on this floor as well, just off the kitchen.

The second living room downstairs has a large sofa bed, a smaller side sofa, and a 55 inch smart TV. The French doors lead to lower deck, and the artesian hot tub!

The second bedroom downstairs has a queen size bed with French doors that also lead to the lower deck.

The third bedroom has one twin over queen bed and a separate twin bed.

All of the bedrooms have premium mattresses and luxury bedding with duvet covers that are changed for each guest.

The lower deck has several rockers and a small sitting area to relax in or enjoy a game of cornhole before you indulge in the artesian hot tub.

*****Hot Tub Agreement*****

Guests understand that use of the hot tub and the hot tub area is at your own risk, and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub area. Guests accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub and hold the owners harmless. Guests understand there are potential dangers the hot tub may present to children as well as the danger to any person using the hot tub who may have any health risks, or using while intoxicated or using any drugs or medication, or pregnant. Primary guest agrees to share all of these risks to all guest at the property and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents that may occur. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from guests' use of the hot tub and hot tub areas. Booking of this property serves as acknowledgment of this waiver. Guests also agree to indemnify and hold owner harmless for any accidents or claims that may occur from hot tub use.

Our road is a private, newly paved road with only 6 homes on it.

Other things to note

You will find everything you need to make your stay easy and comfortable. There is a full laundry room next to the half bath where laundry detergent is available. You will find the kitchen fully stocked, with a coffee machine that brews a drip pot or Keurig pods. In the bathrooms, you will find premium shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience.
