I had a wonderful stay here. It was nice, relaxing, a really peaceful environment and it had everything that you would need. My only suggestion would be that I thought that there would be a balcony where I could sit out on and it was basically you open up the window and their is a railing with a view. I would still choose to stay here again, I just thought that there would be a balcony when it was listed as an amenity. Thank you for the hospitality. Definitely worth it for the price, location and overall spacious area along with the place being very nice.

we loved this place

great little studio apartment in the best neighborhood- so close to tons of art and breweries. the wifi was pretty spotty, but all things considered we will definitely return on our next trip to asheville.

Fun weekend in Asheville

My husband and I stayed in The Craggy Gardens room at River Row Flats for a long weekend to celebrate our 38th wedding anniversary. We found the room to be very clean, comfortable and cozy with plenty of room for the two of us. It is basically a studio, but very roomy and has a couch, coffee table and chair, bed and full size kitchen. There is no kitchen table, but two seats at the counter are just perfect. The room looks out over the loading docks for the New Belgium brewery, which was fine, but I was hoping for a view of the river. We felt very safe in our apartment, but it is located in a more industrial area rather than residential, so while we were comfortable walking to New Belgium which is literally just down the street, we decided not to try to walk to anyplace across the river after dark - it was just too deserted looking. However, we had no trouble getting an Uber from the apartment to any of the places we wanted to go in Asheville for $10 or less. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Quick stay

The building is OK though walls are thin and sound travels from adjacent rooms. The area is not well lit therefore not very walkable. But it's a comfortable room once inside and IF neighbors not noisy.

Great location

Newer and clean condo property that is located next to the river walk park, breweries and arts. Really enjoyed staying in town and being centrally located for day trips to the trails and waterfalls.

This property was very convenient for our fall getaway to the Biltmore Estate, hiking, and breweries hopping. The property was extremely clean, check-in was easy and we would stay again!

Wonderful spot within walking distance to New Belgium Brewery and just a quick drive to downtown Asheville. Very spacious, incredibly clean and has everything you could need for a short or extended stay. Very happy!!

Perfect spot!

Spent my birthday weekend here with my boyfriend and it was the perfect little get away! A quick walk across the street and you’re at an awesome brewery/park space. Nancy also got back to us very quickly with any questions we had.

Pleasant Stay

We found the web site description of River Flats accurate. It is located outside of downtown Asheville which makes a car more of a necessity but is still very convenient to most things. Being located on the outskirts also makes for a more quiet sleep time. We thought the lighting was a bit brash and could be easily upgraded with a few dimmer switches. Also, you have to watch TV from the bed which is not comfortable for daytime viewing. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider the River Flats again.

40 th anniversary

We totally enjoyed the location and accommodations of our vacation! Close to everything available in Asheville. We walked to arts district and New Belgium Brewing- and yes even the Burger Bar for martinis! Our place was clean and quiet. We were celebrating our anniversary and they had a few surprises for us that were really thoughtful and much appreciated!

Easy and smooth

Everything about our stay was easy and smooth. Arrived an hour and was able to check in, parking was easy, no problems in the room. Bed was comfy, temperature was good, bathroom was large and spacious, everything went just as planned :-)

Located directly across the street from New Belgium Brewing and within walking distance to the River Arts District, River Row Flats is centrally located to most of Asheville's most loved attractions. We are located about 5 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the Biltmore House entrance. It is a 15 minute drive to the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway for great hiking trails and lookouts. The French Broad River is right across the bridge from us and water access is within walking distance. The Greenway across the bridge is great for biking, jogging, or going to all of the unique shops in the RAD. Street noise can be heard but is typically not an issue with most guests.
