Cette maison privĂ©e inscrite au registre national des lieux historiques a Ă©tĂ© construite dans les annĂ©es 1870 et transformĂ©e en auberge en 2014. Plein de touches spĂ©ciales, il prĂ©sente des plafonds de 13 pieds, des doubles portes cintrĂ©es et de magnifiques moulures couronnĂ©es. Les chambres sont spacieuses et baignĂ©es de lumiĂšre par les grandes fenĂȘtres d'origine.

Profitez du porche arriÚre couvert et privé avec votre café du matin ou admirez le coucher de soleil sur les montagnes avec un cocktail en soirée.

La maison comprend deux, deux chambres et une salle de bain: la suite Atkinson et la suite Bennett. La suite Atkinson a un lit king size et un lit double et peut accueillir quatre personnes.

La suite Bennett a deux lits doubles et peut accueillir quatre personnes. La suite Atkinson comprend son propre salon, une salle à manger, une cuisine privée et une véranda arriÚre privée. Il y a un porche commun et un parking hors rue.

Louez une suite ou la maison entiÚre. Si vous choisissez de louer les deux suites, nous ouvrirons les grandes portes cintrées entre les deux salons privés pour une utilisation complÚte de la maison.

The Bennett Suite is truly perfect! It’s been so lovingly restored, every detail thought of
I want to live there! On top of the beautiful accommodations, the host provided us with wine, beer, chocolate, granola bars, and coffee (and cream!). So thoughtful!!! The location also can’t be beat!!!

Super cool place. Our 16 month old loved all the toys, and we had such a fun time eating with the big windows in the kitchen. A unique spot for sure that’s in walking distance to many bars and restaurants and coffee shops made the stay really nice.

Details were incredibly welcoming, including robes, makeup wipes, chocolates, wine, and bottles of water. The unit was far prettier than the photos could show. The location was nice, in an up and coming neighborhood and easily walkable to Haywood avenue cafes, restaurants, breweries, and shops.

Great communication with host/manager. This location is perfect for walkability to Haywood and only a few minute drive to River Arts area and downtown. Has all ammenties we needed and the wine was a nice addition. Loved the bedding and plush towels. Thank you for making our stay comfortable in this beautiful inn.

Everything was absolutely perfect! My elderly friend and I went for four days. Everything was very accessible and easy for her to navigate. The beds were very comfortable
 the kitchen well stocked

The check-in went smoothly. Beautiful property. Lovely inn and decorative touches. Extremely clean and the most comfortable beds ever. We appreciated the little extras that were left for us ( wine, snacks, etc). A lot of thought went into creating this restful bit of paradise.

First time staying in Asheville. Absolutely absolutely loved viewing the Biltmore. The history was fantastic. Loved all of the arts and crafts in the area. The Bennett suite was absolutely perfect, and the location was central to everything.

Amazing stay and family friendly

We loved our stay at this VRBO! Beautiful historic home with a great location near everything we wanted to do. Our 1.5 year old son loved the property as well, especially the basket of vintage toys in the sun room! There were even toddler size utensils in the kitchen which he used. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back some day!

Driving by this home day after day it spoke louder and louder to Rob and Caroline. After a short while, they bought the home and spent months of time researching to bring the home back to its original glory.

There's no doubt that the location is absolutely perfect for a vacation home and/or a place to call home here in Asheville. Unique features include 13 foot high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, 150-year-old hardwood floors, fireplace chimneys carefully restored and much more. All the preservations were made with the weaving in of all the modern amenities of the 21st century.
