Ce condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain est situĂ© dans un petit complexe de seulement 9 unitĂ©s et a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©. Directement en bord de mer avec une promenade privĂ©e dans les dunes, vous ĂȘtes sĂ»r de passer beaucoup de temps sur les grandes plages de sable blanc.

AprÚs une journée complÚte à explorer le quartier historique ou la plage à la recherche de coquillages, rassemblez-vous dans le salon confortablement meublé pour regarder un film sur la télévision à écran plat ou détendez-vous sur la véranda entiÚrement blindée en écoutant les vagues.
La chambre d'amis est meublée avec un lit queen confortable et offre un répit paisible. La chambre principale offre une vue sur l'océan, lit king size, télévision à écran plat et sa propre salle de bain complÚte.

This was our second stay here, and we loved it just as much as the first time. Clean, all the supplies you could need, and easy and quick access to the beach as well as coffee shops, grocery, ice cream, and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

We had a great 4 night stay in this beautiful condo right on the beach. The space is spotlessly clean and very tastefully furnished with comfortable beds (1 queen, 1 king and sleep sofa), modern kitchen and large dining and living space. A screened in lanai overlooking the dunes and ocean is the perfect finishing touch. There are plenty of towels, beach towels and beach toys to satisfy all. The proximity to restaurants is a big plus as we were able to walk to most of our favorite restaurants on A1A in St. Augustine Beach.

Nice but not luxury

It is a nicely updated room kitchen was nice flooring was nice. Had a pretty good size TV. Although nice not what I would call luxury. The couch and recliner were old and not great shape. Dont bother with the pullout bed.The board walk has no beach access so you must use the public access. View was nice. We could hear someone partying through the walls.(It was July 5th so we understand) The dryer sounds like a lawnmower. Stay was nice but way to expensive for what you get.

Perfect location and perfect view

I cannot say enough about this condo! My husband and i spent hours on the screen in porch. The breeze coming off the ocean was amazing. The space is open and comfortable. You can walk to bars, restaurants, ice cream and putt,putt is 2 blocks away! It is only 14 min to Publix and the same to get to historic St Augustine. Just perfect!The property managers were easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

Great access to beach and restaurants

This is our second stay at Sea Oats. We love the location with private access to the beach, and that it’s in walking distance to restaurants (fun nightlife on the island!). The unit is beautifully updated and stocked with almost everything you need. (Scissors and a whisk would be nice additions). Management is friendly and responsive. You can’t beat waking up to the ocean view. You can even see the ocean from the shower! We will stay here again.

Bihner Family St Augustine Bch Weekend

The listing was as promised. The condo was on the sand but sadly the weather did not allow for any walks on the beach. Enjoyed the heck out of the view from the living room as well as the master bedroom and the small deck. Very calming to have coffee each morning and enjoy the waves. Great breakfast spots nearby. Vacation 2026

Property was exactly what we expected. Beach view from balcony was great. The downside was it was cloudy 95% of our stay, one day it rained all day, 2 out of 3 of the beach chairs were broken, but my husband and I relaxed a lot and read several books and ate a lot of delicious seafood. A cloudy day on the beach is better than a great day at work! No sadness here!

Perfect Beach Condo

The condo location and surrounding neighborhood was excellent. The 2nd floor balcony was screened so no bug issues in the evening (and morning) while we enjoyed an amazing view (and sounds) of the ocean. A short walk on their private deck and on a little path through the dunes made beach access easy. Spacious and updated EVERYTHING makes this Condo an excellent place to stay when visiting the area.

Graduation get away

Property was great and perfect location with ample parking. I never received a code for the door, so there was a delay in being able to get into the property. Called VRBO and they contacted property manager and problem was resolved immediately.

Amazing views!

My husband and I were very pleased with our rental. Well maintained, very clean and the perfect location! We enjoyed front row views of the ocean/beach and beautiful sunrises! The property is in close proximity to Old Town, The Alligator Farm and many restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this rental property.

Relaxation Plus!

This property is A+ in every way! My husband and I stayed with our 34 yr old son. First class accomodations right on the beach, upgrades all the way. Our son enjoyed surfing, we all enjoyed hearing the surf from our screened in outdoor sun room. Location is close to downtown St. Augustine, but far enough away to feel remote and quiet (except for the renovation noise from the downstairs unit). We needed a 12" skillet, and Management delivered it just in time for breakfast next morning, great customer service! Would have liked to spend a whole week here.
