New Years Eve fireworks right out your back door!!!! Fireworks at the pier, you can see them from the back porch!!!!Location, Location! This awesome Beach Front first floor condo at Pier Pt South Condominiums
is steps away from the Pool & Beach. So easy to walk down to the beach and take a stroll or just relax and listen to the ocean waves or play beach games. No stairs so very easy w/groceries, luggage, etc. Feels very spacious inside & the kitchen is newly remodeled. All new black stainless steel appliances & kitchen is stocked with everything you will need if you feel like cooking. If you don't feel like cooking, not to worry!! There are several restaurants across streets in walking distance that have excellent food and atmosphere & the popular Salt Life Restaurant plays live music nightly. We are right next to the St. Augustine Pier, which has a boardwalk, splash park, bocce ball, beach volley ball, & play ground. Wednesday the Pier has a market with great local vendors & music at the Gazebo in the evening. The St. Amphitheater & Downtown St. Augustine is a quick drive or bike ride!

The host was fantastic! Very communicative and went above and beyond for out stay. The condo was so conformable and the location was perfect! Next to donut shop, pizzaria, the beach and walking distance to a Starbucks. I highly recommended this place!

Had a great experience here for our family of five with kids ranging from 9 to 19. Exactly what we were looking for. Amazing location with ocean and pier views, pool, easy beach access. Condo is very well cared for, super clean, with quality furnishings. Christie was very clear and timely in communications. Will definitely try to return.

Perfect location and everything we needed

We enjoying being right on the beach with excellent restaurants right across the road for breakfast and dinner. We stood out on the beach our last night and could actually see the shuttle take off from Cape Canaveral. Beds were comfortable and the condo was well supplied. Pool temp is great. We had a wonderful time.

A fun night out

We stayed at this property so we could go to a nearby concert. We had a great time! The location was perfect and we had no problems whatsoever. Will stay here again.

Convenient & Accessible

This location and amenities made this the perfect spot for our family celebration. Everyone was accommodated with shower or/and bathtub. We wish it had been available for our entire stay, just over night made us book another location that didn't have the same convenient accommodations. We will probably try this location again!

Wonderful condo - close to everything in St. Augustine and St. Augustine Beach. Christie and Sean have a beautiful home and provided everything you need for your stay. Very quick to answer any questions you may have. Would recommend to anyone traveling to the area. You won't be disappointed!

Perfect location

The location of this condo really is perfect! Right on the beach and walkable to many restaurants, shops, pier, etc. We found the condo to be well appointed with whatever we needed, plus many extra touches such as laundry and dishwasher pods, coffee, etc. We also appreciated that the host offered us an early check in and late check out before we could ask. We found the checkout instructions to be very reasonable and actually less than other places we’ve stayed at, unlike another reviewer mentioned. Overall we were happy with our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful Vacation!

Absolutely loved this condo and the owners were awesome. Any questions I may have had she responded right away. I took my father who has Alzheimer's and it was perfect for him and my son, daughter-in-love and 3 year old granddaughter You could see the ocean sitting on the porch but mostly poolside which was great for us. Super cute condo with everything you could possible need or want. Very easy beach access and walking distance to the Pier, and several good restaurants. I highly recommend this condo and will be going back. Very clean and comfortable! Vacation we will remember always!

Very nice, but....

Coffee pot did not function and that is a huge issue for a beach front property. I enjoy coffee by the ocean. The property was very nice and clean and we enjoyed that part of the stay. I personally felt that the check out instructions communicated by the owner were a bit pushy. We paid top dollar for the place and did not feel that being told precisely when to start a load of towels in the washer was appropriate. I presume they hire a cleaning crew to prep for the next group. That should be handled between the cleaners and owners. I probably will not book again. The coffee pot issue should have been dealt with.....period!

Trip from hell

The first night we could not get the thermostat to cool. Called the owner who said the people the week before said there was a problem too and that they need a new compressor. The new unit was going to be put in the next day so we needed to move. The owner offered us another of her units on the inter coastal. When we went there the unit was not cleaned(trash in kitchen and soiled linens on beds). So she did put us into the hotel near the unit and we were there two nights. Then Milton was coming and we were evacuated 10/9 at 8am til 10/10 5pm and did not know when the evacuation was lifted til 5pm when we had already booked a hotel for the second night not knowing when this would happen. According to the extenuating circumstances policy we should be refunded for the two nights but owner is only refunding us 1 and 1/2 nights. VRBO was nice and sent a “goodwill gesture” as they called it to help us. Was wanting a relaxing vacation as I am finished my cancer treatments but had a lot of disruption and disappointment.

Home sweet home at the beach

We were lucky enough to snag this spot for family vacation. It was myself (39), mom (71) and son (11). It was worth taking a chance on a property with no reviews. We all fell in love with this condo. Its proximity to the beach and pool was to die for. The beds were heavenly and we spent the week coveting to comfy couch dreaming of finding something similar for our house. Plenty of very nice towels and beach towels. Dishwasher pods, laundry pods, Keurig pods and ground coffee for the double duty coffee pot. They put out a couple of individually wrapped chips ahoy (my son was thrilled) and little coffee creamers. There are like 6 or 7 beach chairs in the shed along with a bike! We left a body board, so they have that now too. The condo is within walking distance of some great eats. We ordered pizza from Antonio’s - delicious AND right next door. Next to Antonio’s is Rita’s where you can buy yourself an ice cream cone piled with vanilla custard as big as your head. Sunset Grille was DELICIOUS! We loved having the pier right next door. Make sure to check it out - the little shop to get entry onto the pier (it’s like 2 bucks per person, free after 9pm) has T-shirts and other souvenirs! I wish we hadn’t waited until the end of our trip to check it out. They have a market on Wednesdays! The host was one of the best I’ve ever worked with. They are so kind and helpful. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy a longer stay here.

It started off quite rocky , when my sister used the master bathroom toilet it would not stop running, then we realized there was no electricity in half of the condo. Christie sent out a handyman and he was awesome and thorough. We went to dinner and came back to everything working. Beds were comfy. 2nd bedroom did. Ot have storage for clothes if you were to stay more than a few days. The kitchen needed measuring spoons. The towels could be updated. Besides all that, we would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing your beach home

We have 2 other condos in St. Augustine Beach and we live in Fleming which is about an hour away from St. Augustine. WE enjoy so much hearing about special moments and times that are guest have on vacation, a lot of guest share pictures with us. We really try to think about everything you will need and try to make it easy breezy when you get there. We care about our properties just like our home & we are always planting plants and flowers, etc. We enjoy this very much. We look forward to having you and your family stay & make memories at our new exciting condo steps from the beach and pool. This is definitely are most convenient to restaurants, activities, etc.

Well this is an awesome location, you are right in the heart of all the action at the beach. We are directly across from Salt Life Restaurant, Sunset Grill, & Crabbys, and so many more restaurants and shops in walking distance for you. If you don't want to get into a car, you really don't have to. There is a pizza place, donut and bagel place, many breakfast spots steps from your door. The St. Augustine Pier is directly next door! There are many activities that are all free and fun! The Pier does charge a small amount during the day but is the free in the evening times. There is bocce ball, beach volley ball, playground, splash park, and a market every Wednesday. Also during times of year, they have live music at the gazebo. But don't worry if you aren't there on a Wednesday, there is live music at several restaurants across the street. We are also very close to the Historic Downtown St. Augustine & minutes to the St. Augustine Amphitheater.

Location and convenience is definitely great. The proximity from the back patio to the ocean is so good also or if you just want to dip in the pool its right out your doorstep. The patio is so relaxing, sip on a cocktail and see and hear the ocean waves. What are you waiting for!
