Everything was great. The only issue was the size of the property- it’s pretty big which makes the elevators difficult at times as well as finding space on the beach.

We had a great experience! The property had a ton of amenities, the condo was clean and had all the basic necessities needed, and the property management company was very helpful anytime I had a question.

The check in process was horrible. The staff were rude and all of the luggage carts were taken as no staff member was managing the process we had to carry our luggage to our room. The elevators were horrible which also caused the check in process to be stressful. Do not plan on going anywhere quickly because it will take 10-20 mins for an elevator to open up. The security guards are ridiculous we were singled out 3 separate times by the same security guard and on the third time she followed us to the beach when we came down to tell us we had to move our chairs three inches down from where we were. We could not sit on the balcony of our condo for more than 10 mins without the strong smell of marijuana coming up and several people smoking on the beach around children. This resort is not family friendly. We were quoted 70 a day for an extra rental chairs and were told we cannot have chairs with the chair rental you are provided so be prepared to pay the outrageous price or bring your own tent and chairs to use. The condo itself is very roomy and nice but the beds are uncomfortable. I would not stay here due to the facilities themselves.

Do not get room we booked!

We did not get the room we booked. We booked a two bedroom with both BR on gulf side and that is NOT what we got! Once you receive the money you give out any room you like. That’s not right!

Wonderful Place to Stay

I cant say enough how Wonderful it was to stay with yall. Everyone at Tidewater was so Nice, friendly and very helpful. I only had couple issues if you want to call it that. the Owner REALLY needs to get a new Couch it was so bad almost couldnt sit on it. and the other is Please try and have the windows and door Glass cleaned you could hardly see out them. and Please try and make sure all the elevators are working, had to wait 20 min. for one when checking in.

Spring Break 2025

The condo is as shown except the balcony a little small. Beds were comfortable & the double vanity was nice. A rug as you walk in the front door would be helpful in keeping the sand out. I would stay here again & recommend to others also.

Elevator nightmare

Elevators very slow as half were not working half of the facility had power outage in halls and staircases with electrical extension cords running temporary lighting in halls. Stairwells dangerously dark. Stayed here many times but this trip was by far not what we expected. We were very disappointed in this facility. The condo however was great.

Problems with Tidewater.

Everything we very good except the elevators. Slow and only 2 operating. The other problem is handicap parking. Only 4 spaces at each elevator floor and was always occupied. Also the condo wasn’t very wheelchair accessible.

The condo itself was absolutely amazing. It was very clean and exceptionally. The waves restaurant in the condo did have amazing food but absolutely terrible serve. We had to find our waiter multiple times just to get drink refills or condiments. Then on our third day they rerouted the drainage from the other condo so our beach line which cause mucky water. I just want to say the condo itself was clean and very comfortable. I want to ensure you are aware of experiences at the condo as well.

Much needed weekend at the beach

This property is amazing. I love the king beds in each of the bedrooms. Being on the beach and being able to hear the surf from my bedroom was what my soul needed! I wish I could have stayed longer. I loved the small touches, like hooks in the shower and a luggage rack( no suitcase on the bed!!!) I noticed in other reviews complaints about the elevators. We did not experience long waits at all. The check in and out process was fairly easy. The only drawback was the 11 page contract I received to sign and send back! I supposed this is for spring breakers, which I am not one of. Overall, a great experience. I already suggested this property to a coworker.

The property was very nice and just as described . The only small issue was the fact that there was no cable only streaming services so it was difficult to watch sports.

We came for the car show & brought our vintage cars. It was nice to have covered parking & able to buy 2 parking passes. It would have been nice to have instructions in the condo on how to use the tv & streaming options. Very slow acces. Overall a nice experience.
