Cette superbe unité récemment rénovée de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains vous offre une vue magnifique sur la baie de Little Sarasota. Le balcon offre un cadre idéal pour le petit déjeuner le matin et les cocktails en soirée, avec vue sur l'eau et le paysage serein.

Cette unité a été récemment rénovée, avec de nouveaux comptoirs en quartz et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Le condo comprend deux chambres, deux salles de bains et est situé à l'extrémité sud relaxante de Siesta Key avec une belle vue sur la baie depuis la fenêtre de votre balcon. Profitez des magnifiques couchers de soleil Siesta Key sur votre propre plage privée. L'unité est entièrement meublée, avec une grande SmartTV 48 "dans le salon avec une autre SmartTV dans la chambre principale. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les articles dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner, y compris des casseroles / poêles, plats, ustensiles, grille-pain et cafetière. Laveuse et sécheuse sur place, juste à l'extérieur de la pièce.

Le complexe de condos a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour rendre votre séjour relaxant et agréable. Il y a 2 piscines privées chauffées avec accès aux toilettes. La plage est à 2 minutes à pied de votre condo. Sur le chemin de la plage, arrêtez-vous à la cabane privée pour récupérer vos chaises de plage et votre parasol. Il y a deux quais privés pour la pêche et l'observation des dauphins et des lamantins. De plus, vous trouverez deux barbecues à gaz et des tables de pique-nique pour vos barbecues en plein air.

Beautiful spacious condo that sits right across the street from Turtle Beach and short drive right down the street from beautiful Siesta Key Beach. Our second stay at Dawn and Jon’s condo. Highly recommended!

My husband and I had a great time at this stay. It looks just like the pictures, was very clean with helpful amenities, and a very short walk to turtle beach or a short drive to siesta beach. We look forward to coming back again!

Wonderful vacation

This was our second stay at this property. It is such a great relaxing setting. It is in a perfect location and so peaceful! We had a small issue this stay that the owners were very quick to respond to, address and resolve. They are wonderful! Looking forward to staying here again on our next trip to this area.

We have stayed at several rentals and this one was perfect! Everything was as listed, very clean and great location. If we return to this area we will definitely see if this condo is available. Dawn was very responsive and friendly.

Beautiful Siesta key stay!

This was our second trip to this condo, and it is just beautiful. Great location. Clean and homey. The beach across the street and the bay views are stunning. The hosts are terrific! Quick to reply to a question I had, and polite. 😁

Loved Siesta Key Vacation

Can’t say enough how great our experience was. Dawn and her son were so nice and helpful. Condo was spotless and beautiful. Perfect location. Short walk to turtle beach and short drive to Siesta Key Beach. Drum Circle at Siesta Beach was a great experience. All the restaurants were so good. Definitely will be back.

The condo was as advertised!

We enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key. The condo was fresh and clean up on arrival. Dawn was always available if we had any issues or problems but we didn't have any. We thought the cost of the rental was fair and the condo was excellent! As advertised!

Pleasant place to stay with the family!

The condo is pleasant, new, very welcome, very well organised and it's located in wonderful area. You will find more than you need there. It seems that we were at home! Bill, the Condo's Manager, is always there to assist you on whatever you need. Overall is "an outstanding vacation at a pleasant place".

21st Birthday Celebration 🎈

Bay Tree is one of our favorite condos that I've stayed in. The views are like no other. It is so peaceful and extremely accommodating. So many amenities that we found ourselves wanting for nothing! Dawn was a true pleasure to communicate with. Communication was precise to the point of exactly what was expected. I'm hoping to return to this particular slice of heaven in the future! Snowbird Heaven

This was our first time getting away from the cold Indiana winter and we couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the month of February. Dawn was such a pleasure to work with and the entire process was seamless which made for a wonderful stay. The condo was just as described although the view of the Bay from the balcony was somewhat obstructed by the large trees on the grounds. We were pleased with the abundance of supplies from towels to cleaning supplies, we lacked for nothing except food. If we decide to return to the Sarasota area we will definitely try to rebook!

Start to finish was perfection. Owner was easy as could be to communicate with. Check in was a breeze. Condo was lovely and comfortable and clean. Better than pictures!!!! Property was exactly what we expected. Beautiful pool and landscaping. Lanai so nice and enclosed so no bugs! Beach access so easy. A cabana for our wagon and toys!!!! Restaurants galore. Delicious food. All close by. Can’t wait to stay again!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

One of the best!

We use VRBO for all of our vacations. This property was one of the very best we have ever stayed in! It was even better than the pictures, so clean. And so very comfortable. We were happy to stay in at night as the unit felt just like home!! Initially I was disappointed that we didn't have an ocean view (the listing is clear that it's not on the ocean). But the view we did have was of the bay was beautiful and the unit itself was so comfortable, I didn't mind at all. The unit was also nicely stocked. It was very convenient to have things like sandwich bags and condiments. If we return to the area we will absolutely stay in this unit.

This place was the perfect getaway for my Mother’s Day girl trip with my mother and sister! The location was amazing, located near the quieter parts of Siesta Key. We had a rental car, but we did use the free trolley and one of the stops was conveniently located right at the condo! Speaking of location, this place is right across from Turtle Beach and with Dawn’s cabana full of beach accessories, we had the best beach days!! The condo in general was super cute too! Cozy layout and very comfy beds!! Everything was super clean and Dawn literally had the place stoked for everything you would need for a home away from home. Honestly, I’m blown away with how great this rental was. Dawn was such an amazing host and went out of her way to clear up a couple issues we had. Book this place! We will definitely be back! 💜💜💜
