Your Sarasota adventure begins at this cool 1-bedroom condo. Property has 2 heated pools and private beach access just steps away. Unit comes furnished with all that you will need for a relaxing getaway. Relaxing king size bed in bedroom and if needed queen size pull out sofa air bed in living room. Small sitting area just off the master bedroom with an amazing view of the Bay. Coin laundry just steps from the unit. Enjoy the two large sliders both with views of the pool and the bay. Trolley stop right outside the building that will take you to the village for a great night out. We think our place will help you experience everything Sarasota has to offer.

What a vacation and what a beautiful condo. Just steps away from the pool, grill area and beach. Our host Lori was extremely helpful when it came to answering questions about the area, condo and the facilities.

We have stayed here twice now...Lori, the owner has been awesome...First, the place is Clean...Second the location is great..Pool outside the patio door, and the ocean across the street. The King Bed is Awesome, as it lifts the head board...Needed if you have acid reflux like I do...it has k cup coffee maker...Love the place...but was thinking a great review might make it tougher to book for next year....lol.....we love it there...spent 6 weeks there this year....

Very clean

The place was very clean, and decorated really nice...it small but laid out with open plan makes it seem bigger... very comfortable, great location with the Gulf of America right across the street...

Nice 1BR/1BA condo near pool

Good location with first floor condo near the pool. Laundry facilities are nearby. Nice ocean is across the street. They have recovered nicely from the hurricane damage. Trees have been trimmed. Sod replaced and new plantings are going in Nice community of friendly neighbors.
