Piscine privée avec vue sur le golfe. Couchage pour 24 personnes à trois minutes à pied de la plage.

Impressionnant est la seule façon de décrire 'Sea Zen', cette nouvelle maison située à cÎté de Rosemary Beach et à seulement 150 verges à la plage. AprÚs une journée à la plage vous détendre dans votre propre 18 x 36 piscine chauffée entourée d'un paysage tropical. Laissez les enfants nager pendant que vous grill dßner au bord de la piscine privée.

Tout le monde peut se propager dans les six grandes chambres, cinq salles de bains, plus une taniĂšre avec un canapĂ©-lit, oĂč les enfants peuvent se dĂ©tendre dans leur propre espace. Il y a plat TV Ă©cran dans toutes les chambres et le salon, la cuisine gastronomique, qui offre une gamme de gaz Viking avec beaucoup d'espace de comptoir.

En bas, il y a 3 chambres roi. A l'étage il y a une chambre double et une chambre avec un lit queen et un canapé-lit double. Notre chambre avec lits superposés a quatre lits superposés pour 8 personnes et un canapé-lit, il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans la chambre des médias le premier étage enfants.

Tout le monde peut profiter d'un repas avec un grand 10 pieds de table à manger pouvant accueillir 12, plus un grand bar de petit déjeuner pour 6. Vous apprécierez le plan d'étage ouvert à l'étage, avec 2 salons ouverts, une cuisine et une salle à manger offrant une vue imprenable sur le golfe.
Voiturette de golf légale pour 4 personnes disponible à la location 250 $ par semaine.

Great house!! Lots of room and short walk to the beach and into Rosemary. The kids loved the spacious bunk room! We have always stayed in Rosemary but became Inlet beach fans during our stay. The beach was not crowded at all which was so nice!

This house was amazing for my bachelorette trip we had the best time! The property owner was so responsive and helpful, Ross made this stay so enjoyable. Huge standouts were the large tables that could fit our group all together for eating dinners, a quick walk to the beach with chairs and umbrellas set up on our arrival, and a great outdoor space to enjoy the sun in! To make things even better the beds were all so comfy and plenty of towels for everyone to use! Couldn’t recommend this house more, I will definitely be rebooking for future trips!

We would come back again and again! Ross’ house is everything we could have wished for. Very accommodating on all levels from the amazing backyard to the spaces throughout the house. Plenty of room for all of us! The bunk room was beyond for our grandchildren. They loved their own private cool space!

Wonderful stay at a fantastic house!! In town for our adult kids’ band tour. Surprise engagement on the beach!!! So many memories!! Cannot wait to return!!Minor issues due to lightning storm that Ross, owner, promptly took care of. House well stocked. Pool area very relaxing. Comfortable beds.

Great family vacation

Great house for our family vacation. The home was clean and had the perfect lay out for our needs. It was a couple of minutes from the beach and a 10 minute walk in to town. Perfect location! Ross was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. The only negative thing is that the WiFi was not great unless you were on the main floor. It would have been nice to have WiFi outside around the pool but it was a minor inconvenience. Would highly recommend and I would definitely stay there again.

Great Location with Lots of Space

We had a great time during our stay. The house is in the best location in 30A with easy walking to both the beach and Rosemary Beach town area. We felt extremely safe and were able to relax the whole time. The pool was heated which made it perfect for a spring getaway. The house is also huge so we also had more room than we even thought we would need. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

What a house!

This house is totally amazing! It was important to us to all 14 be able to be comfortable and spread out in a main room. This room was that and so much more with the open kitchen and huge breakfast room all in an open feel with the main room. The backyard was spectacular. We will definitely come back to this house. Ross was great in communication to us and took very good care of us

Best in class

My Dallas family has been renting homes in Rosemary over the 4th for 13 years. This was our first time in Inlet Beach. This home exceeded expectations. 1). Room size and layout perfect for 13, 2 years old to 64. 2). Big pool in backyard (Rosemary pools much smaller), 3). Proximity to beach. 4). Extremely well appointed --- from big things like golf carts (yes, you can use them in Inlet Beach), to little things like kitchen utensils and cooking equipment, to games for kids to sand buckets, shovels, surf boards, umbrellas & carrying carts --- this house has literally everything inside to support a family vacation with a big family. Ross is a local landlord, and it shows in both the upkeep of the house and the breadth of accoutrements that support a great beachouse experience. The only negative is the beach is public (unlike Rosemary which is guaranteed private reservations), but we found even the week of the 4th we were able to secure front row positions at the Wall Street beach location. Great beachouse for a memorable family vacation.

Long Weekend in Rosemary Beach

We had a wonderful time and weekend and the house was great. The check-in process went smoothly and Ross was available with any questions we had. The location was great and we can’t wait to return!

Fabulous wedding week!

The layout of this lovely beach home was perfect for our large family gathering for our son’s beach wedding. Lots of outdoor space to spread out, heated pool was amazing, cornhole was played by most of our group at various times during the week, books were read, two dishwashers was fantastic for our crowd, kitchen layout was great for serving and hanging out, and the bluetooth speaker system made for fun family dance evenings! The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to questions leading up to our check-in date and even arranged for more parking space for our extra cars. Everyone went on and on about how great the house was, location was perfect for walking into Rosemary for ice cream or browsing the farmer’s market or dining and a short walk to the beach, as well. Location to our beach wedding site was also very close and everyone appreciated the convenience. Plenty of privacy for guests with large bedrooms and the cousins enjoyed the large bunk room, while also plenty of community space with multiple living spaces. Highly recommend and hope to return again!

An Outstanding Holiday House

We spent the Thanksgiving holidays at this property and had a great time. The house is spacious, close to the beach, and comes equipped with most everything you will need i.e. highchairs, many kitchen pots and pans, wine openers, etc.

Great place, close to the beach

This house was perfect for our two families (including 7 children). The location was great -- very close to the beach and also walkable to all the Rosemary attractions. Very well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of space and we all loved the pool and playing cornhole in the backyard. Ross was very communicative and great to work with. We definitely want to stay here again.

Beautiful Home in the Perfect Location!

We had the best time during our long weekend stay. We were down to celebrate my wedding with closest friends and family and this home was perfect. It was stocked with all necessities and very clean. Ross was great with communication and very helpful. We will be back!

Amazing home!

Perfect size for a large group. Plenty of outdoor and indoor space. Great amenities. Walkable to beach and down. Ross was very responsive and check in was easy. Did not have a lot of soap/shampoo or trash bags.

Amazing house!

Overall we really enjoyed staying here! We had 14 girls, and the house was more than enough in terms of size and beds. The kitchen and porches provided the best spots for hanging out. The beach was about a 5 minute walk which is very convenient for the area, where most houses are much farther from the beach. The pool was great too!
