Cet appartement 1 chambre rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© se trouve Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied du cƓur du centre-ville de Charlottetown. Juste sur l'avenue, vous ĂȘtes Ă  proximitĂ© des Ă©piceries, des restaurants et le bus s'arrĂȘte juste devant.

Cet espace est situé au deuxiÚme étage de notre immeuble avec votre entrée extérieure personnelle. Il y a un lit queen avec un canapé-lit (lit simple). Nous avons l'air conditionné et un ventilateur debout pour les chaudes journées d'été.

Notre salon et notre cuisine sont Ă  aire ouverte. La cuisine est Ă©quipĂ©e d'un four, d'un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur et d'un four micro-ondes. Il y a une cafetiĂšre, un grille-pain, des casseroles et des poĂȘles, de la vaisselle, des verres, des couverts et plus encore pour votre commoditĂ©. Nous fournissons Ă  nos clients une Smart TV, Netflix et le wifi gratuit.

La salle de bain a une douche debout, ainsi qu'une laveuse et une sécheuse. Nous avons des serviettes de plage et de bain, et quelques petits extras de salle de bain si vous oubliez quelque chose à la maison.

Notre maison est Ă  2 minutes en voiture de notre immeuble, nous sommes donc toujours lĂ  si nos clients ont besoin de quelque chose ou ont des questions.

We had a great time at Philip's apartment! The place was clean, exactly how it looked in the pictures, and had everything we needed for our 5 nights in Charlottetown. We were able to walk to most places and see a ton of the city, AND had a great parking spot for our rental car! Would stay there again, it was lovely.

The apartment was exactly as the pictures depict. It was perfectly suited for two people, was very clean and the owners went above and beyond to equip the unit with many thoughtful amenities. When you are staying for only a few nights, it is nice that such things as salt and pepper, some spices, laundry soap, paper towels and toilet paper were supplied! That is not often the case and we really appreciated it. There were even some snack and bottles of water in the fridge!The owners were very lovely, friendly people!I will definitely rent this unit again next time I travel to PEI!

My wife and I took a spur of the moment vacation to PEI, and had a great time. The apartment is new and updated, clean, and very homey. You can tell when a VRBO owner really cares about there property and their guests experience, and Kelli and Phillip certainly do. We loved sraying there. A bit outside the downtown, but the price was very reasonable. At that, Richmond street is just 9 blocks, and the waterfront a few more. An easy walk of 20 minutes or less. And it took us only minutes to leave Charlottetown on our excursions to the beach or elsewhere. Really a good location. Apartment was also well equipped, even with a first aid kit (never had that before), and as it turned out I needed it. Just a small example of the thought and care the owners put into the apartment. Would stay there again,

PEI Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at the Charlottetown apartment. The place was immaculate with some extra welcoming touches from the hosts. We’d definitely recommend the location for a great PEI experience.

Wonderful Stay!

Fabulous weekend stay at Kelli and Philip's place! Beautifully decorated with so many modern features - a perfect space! Well stocked with everything you might need during your stay and all of the little touches were so sweet and greatly appreciated! Despite a bit of street noise it's a perfect location to walk to many great spots in town. Hope your place is available next time we visit! Thanks again!

Wonderful location and great property

We spent 5 days touring PEI and this was a perfect location to use as a base. Just blocks from downtown Charlottetown and many fantastic restaurants. Only downside is it is upstairs, other than that it is fantastic. Comfortable bed, plenty of amenities. The hosts are easily accessible and wonderful people. We loved our experience here and on the island. We plan on returning in the future.

Island Hospitality

We spent about a week at this property and could not have been happier with our stay. Centrally located and a stroll or short drive to everything Downtown Charlottetown has to offer, the apartment came equipped with every imaginable amenity. It presents like a five-star hotel with the care and thoughtfulness that the hosts have invested in preparing the unit for its guests. A great value, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Charlottown Stay

The apartment was very modern with all the amenities of home. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and downtown waterfront. Hosts were very helpful and available. We very much enjoyed our stay. Only suggestion is that it would of been nice to be able to get local news and weather on cable tv.

Modern design close to downtown

We really like the apartment and it is not easy to find modern design in PEI. It was very clean and comfortable - every details was thought-through. The owners are very friendly and helpful and responsive. The localization is ok if you want to be in Charlottetown and then explore the island from there. The only thing is the bedroom that was a) too bright during the night because of street light and there are no curtains that darken it much, and b) it was noisy because it is on the main street - not much can be done, except better sound isolation. So, make sure you have cover for eyes and some noise reduction machine (luckily we had both).

Excellent location - amazing hosts- beautiful space

Locations was perfect for walking to town and day trips, the space was in great shape, like new- and cozy. My adult son and his girlfriend stayed there and loved the access to the downtown but the quiet space to relax. Hosts were accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be back with my husband and I. Lots of room for cooking and entertaining a few local family members, Extra pull out couch was great for lazy relaxing days in front of the tv.

Perfect stay

The unit is newly renovated and absolutely spotless. It was very roomy for two people. We did not eat in but it looked to have ample supplies. The location was good, it is about a 15 minute walk to downtown and the harbour front. We met the hosts (at their store downstairs) and they were very friendly and helpful. What puts this rental over the top is the finishing touches. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and snacks. They even had supplied toiletries in case we forgot anything. This place was perfect and I would highly recommend it if spending a few nights or even a week in Charlottetown.

Awesome place and hosts

This is a very clean and useful place to stay in downtown Charlottetown. The hosts are making sure you feel like you’re staying in a 5 stars hotel but with all the amenities of what you get at home. Really appreciated our stay. Would recommend it to my best friends.

Beautiful apartment

What can I say, this is one of the nicest VRBO’s we have stayed at. The finishes were lovely in the very light and airy apartment. The kitchen was perfect for the times you want to eat in & lots of nice extras in case you forgot something. A short walk to many restaurants, shopping and waterfront parks. Would highly recommend staying here you will be well taken care of.

Amazing apartment within walking distance to everything that Charlottetown has to offer!

This apartment s perfect for anyone wanting to stay in Charlottetown. You can walk to town within minutes. If you chose to stay in, you have a smart TV with various options and a full kitchen to cook in. Make sure to bring earplugs and a eye cover if traffic noise or light disturbs your ability to sleep. Otherwise the apartment is perfect!
