We had everything we needed for a wonderful beach vacation. Very nice beach across the street. Great spacious living room and clean, relaxing interior throughout. Loved the updated bathroom vanities and nice french door refrigerator with ice maker! Would definitely stay here again.

Booked this condo for our yearly vaca and couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. Condo was very clean and just enough room for 2 adults and 4 teens. Carol was super nice and communication was a breeze. Will definitely be booking again!

Breathe taking views

This property was amazing. It was very clean. Easy beach access. Within walking distance to private beach and main Pensacola beach. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The pool was amazing too. The views from the patio in the mornings watching sun rise and evening watching sunset were absolutely breath taking. Will definitely be booking again.

Stayed at this wonderful bayside condo. So glad we had the beach on bay there were red flags the whole time in gulf. We were still able to enjoy sand and water n the calmer bay. Enjoyed the ducks o. Property as well. The condo was mice and clean and spacious.

Nice view, affordable price. The building and property were under construction while we were there with workers starting at 7am, but with repairs needed was understandable. Nice large TV in living room would have liked one in the master bedroom. Was nice having coffee on the patio in the morning and relaxing in the evening.

Perfect place!

My son was a groomsman for a destination wedding in Pensacola. We chose to stay near the beach, and we are so glad we did! Carol thought of everything-there were beach chairs, umbrellas , boogie boards, and beach towels available. Her place was clean, and in a great location! We especially loved the “extras” provided, like coffee and filters!

Ideal location, Ideal condo

Everything about Carol's place was wonderful! Baywatch condos are very close to Pensacola's nature preserve, which means you'll be in a quieter pocket of Pensacola Beach, and the preserve itself is wondrous: miles and miles of what feels like untouched white beaches. The condo has everything you need or want: all the amenities, tasteful decor, and a back patio that overlooks the bay. The next time we visit Pensacola, I'll definitely try to book Carol's place!

Super clean, cute personalized touches, great communication are my top 3 with this stay. The view was nice & the location great. The only thing I can say as a word of caution is I would not recommend running the washer at bedtime lol Even with the washer I highly recommend! I would definitely stay here again.

Absolute serenity

45 second walk to the clean pool. 1 minute walk to the private beach and about 3-4 to the gulf coast. Easily the best condo we have rented. It’s obvious that the host cares about your experience and she has great taste and attention to detail. We had zero complaints and will try again in the future to reserve the property.

Wedding Weekend Stay

We came down for my daughter’s beach wedding, and couldn’t have been happier with Carol’s place! Loved the beach themed decorations and the little personal touches Carol left for us! Carol is super responsive, answering any questions we had quickly and thoroughly. Everything went perfect for the weekend, and Carol was a huge part of that! Would highly recommend.

Spring break

Baywatch F7 was very clean and in a great location. We enjoyed the view and the games. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs and there were plenty of towels. There are a lot of steps to reach the condo. The main bed mattress and the couch could use an update to be more comfortable.

Great condo in Pensacola Beach

Great condo with everything that you need for your stay and more! The condo had everything including beach toys and towels which made it so easy for our family to travel down! It was clean and decorated really cute! Carol was great to deal with and made everything very easy!! The complex is nice even though it is still recovering from the hurricanes and tropical storms over the last few years but it didn't take away from our stay! If we come back to Pensacola I would definitely look at booking again!

Blues weekend

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was decorated nicely. The only thing I would suggest is that the listing for this property let people know it is located on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. This wasn"t a major issue for us, but certainly could be for some people.

Perfect Beach Rental

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Carol's place! She's thought of everything. Good size quality beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys were greatly appreciated. Check in was easy and communication is outstanding! With temps in the high 90's, the filtered water from the fridge was great and the full size washer/dryer came in handy. The unit was very clean and everything was organized and had a place. It's an easy and safe walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again when in the area!
