We had such an amazing time at this vacation rental! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed.The location was perfect—close to everything, yet still peaceful and quiet. We especially loved [insert favorite feature: the pool, beach access, cozy patio, etc.], which made our stay even more special.Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We were able to relax, enjoy our time together, and make great memories.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!

Overall our stay was good. There are several things the property owner / mgmt company could provide to make it better. Beach / Pool towels should be available in the unit for guest use. Additionally all kitchen supplies need refreshed, very old and worn. Some standard staples should also be available such as salt / pepper, Non-stick spray, common used spices so the guests don’t have to purchase and then discard prior to departure. The refrigerator water and ice dispenser were not working. While we did notify Beach Getaways and they confirmed maintenance was contacted no one showed up to resolve the issue. The remote for the ceiling fan in the master bedroom was missing as well so we could not operate the light or speed of it. Finally, the owner should think about providing a couple beach chairs to use, guests should have the option to use those versus having to rent the chairs from Portofino.

We’ll have our Property Care team take a closer look at the kitchen inventory to make sure everything is in good shape and well stocked where appropriate. For health and safety reasons, we don’t leave perishables like coffee, spices, or oils in the condo, but we understand how that could add convenience during your stay. Portofino really is a special place—designed to offer a full resort experience with convenience and a touch of luxury throughout. While there isn’t storage space in the unit for sandy beach gear, guests can step right onto the beach and have attendants set up chairs and umbrellas. Those dome-style sun shades are a favorite and not something you find just anywhere. Regarding the refrigerator, Portofino resort management handles appliance repairs. They were notified, and it’s possible a part was on order—we’re sorry that wasn’t clearly communicated during your stay. We also appreciate you letting us know about the fan remote and will make sure that’s addressed. Thanks again for your feedback—we’d love the opportunity to welcome you back for a full five-star stay next time!

Fire Hazard

The property is nice... but this unit needs some help. The couch is old and dirty and uncomfortable. There is mold on the shower ceiling. The walls and front door are dirty. The kitchen was not very well equipped (no spatula). THe outdoor grill barely gets warm - plan an extra 45 minutes to grill a chicken breast or burger (this is true in all these units at Portofino). The can-opener was so old and corroded that it hardly worked. The most concerning part is that the dryer is a fire hazard because it never shuts off.
