The condo was very clean and comfortable. I appreciate all of the amenities like kitchen appliances and pots and pans. Was like being at home! The decor is very appealing for a condo on the water. View of the water from the patio was so relaxing. If you bring your bass boat for fishing, the docks are 2 foot higher than normal which made it very difficult to dock and tie up the boat. That was our only issue. The pool was nice also.

Great stay!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I during our recent trip to Florida for my father-in-law's funeral. It was close to family in Crescent City. We enjoyed the view of Little Lake George and the comfortable accommodations. We had everthing we needed.

Beautiful River View

Although the property is a bit worn, it is clean & very comfortable. Very well stocked with supplies. The view of the river from the screened porch makes it all worthwhile.

Always the same. Beautiful & magical

The condo was nice enough. Very outdated furniture, very worn and used. But kinda made it more comfy that way honestly. There was plenty of linens, to make a couch bed.. the couch was more comfy than the bed(only my opinion, my husband disagrees). My only real complaint would be that the upstairs remained totally uncomfortable and hot during the whole stay, but luckily we bring multiple fans each visit. Hence, another reason i slept on couch. The nozzle on kitchen sink sprayer thing is totally broken off and non functional. That's the only negative really. We enjoyed the property & appreciate our time, once we get there unloaded and ready to just vegggg. Hope to rent this unit possibly in the future. Thanks again

Absolutely loved this place!

The condo was so clean and equipped with everything we needed. The owners have decorate their place to make it feel so cozy. Oh the view was breathtaking. We will definitely be coming back again!

The condo has a fabulous view of the st Johns River. That’s one of the reasons we rented. The stairs to the bedrooms were hard for us. The new appliances were good.

Great relaxing stay!

So enjoyed our stay! It was very clean, roomy and well stocked. Could use a few touch ups but nothing big. The price and view of the river was fantastic! My husband said the bed was the most comfortable for him we had in our stay in Flordia. There are steps which was a little bit of an issue but worth the view of the river on the porch! Would stay again!!
