The Reeling Inn on the River with Private Dock and Deck

This slice of paradise is directly on the St. Johns River in a wide section of the river with incredible views and a relaxing environment. Private dock with boat slip that will fit up to 24 ft boat, a swing to enjoy the beautiful views and a table with 4 chairs. The home is a two master bedrooms plan with a comfortable living room and well stocked kitchen. The enclosed back porch has a daybed and trundle for additional sleeping arrangements. Large back deck right on the water to relax and watch the wildlife, with comfortable adirondack chairs, a grill and fire pit. If you want entertainment, this home is just a few docks from Renegades on the River. Restaurants, boat launch and boat rentals are close by. Just a 25-30 minute boat ride to the springs!!

Cindy and Rick were very accommodating as we were able to book a extra day at last minute. It really is a home away from home. Very clean, and love the Classy Beach vibe decor. I love photography and got some amazing photos during our stay. The peacock's was one of the biggest highlights as they roam free. We caught sting rays, catfish, bluegill, and a WHOLOTTA peace. Bonus: We loved sitting by the fire pit and listening to the live band playing at Renegades!! Thank you both again. This is one for the books.Judith, Mike and Momma C

Amazing spot for a weekend getaway!!!

Great Getaway

We enjoyed our getaway at The Reeling Inn very much. This is a great rental and we were very pleased and satisfied with all the accommodations provided. An added benefit was having our host staying nearby and available to answer questions about the area, etc. We will look forward to returning and staying here again.

Home Away from Home

It’s hard finding the words to describe how much I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It felt like a true home away from home. Cindy is a wonderful host! She goes above and beyond to provide you with a carefree stay. It is very obvious that they truly care for the home and their guests. The home is beautiful with a gorgeous deck that overlooks the water and dock. Plus, the sunsets were gorgeous every night. I absolutely cannot wait to come back.

Almost heaven

5 Star property with 10 Star owners. Reasons for 4 stars on the location: long sandy driveway entrance ( not conducive to motorcycle) and some abandoned neighborhood properties. Quiet, peaceful and the best fishing in the world right off the brand new dock. Local restaurants cook up the best fresh seafood. Don’t miss out on this Old Florida Gem!

Weekend with friends on the Water-

Reeling Inn is adorable, impressive and everything we needed for the perfect weekend boating getaway ! Cindy and her husband were excellent hosts ! The cottage is updated, extremely clean, fully stocked kitchen and 2 bedrooms with en-suite baths. What a pleasure to have a fully enclosed Florida room with climate control and day bed for relaxing in the evening. Large deck outside with Adirondack chairs and fire pit was the perfect gathering place after retuning from boating all day. Location is ideal for night time fun at Renegades on the River -a walk or ride just minutes away. Sit out on the deck or the beautiful dock and enjoy the live music from afar! We even had a friendly squirrel that we hand fed- seems he or she has adjusted to visitors and is very tame! Booking several more trips at this sweet cottage ! Relax, refresh and reset at this river cottage- for a no stress weekend!

Very nice! Great getaway!!

House was perfect for 4 adults (2 couples). Everything is like new and very modern. Clean and well kept. Awesome view off the deck! Once the dock is completed this place will be perfect! I bet it will stay rented all the time!! (Bonus: owners let us use their dock, right next door, to park our boats until this house’s dock is completed) They were very nice and accommodating! Even checking on us (by message)half way through the stay to see if we needed anything! Definitely recommend!!!

Relaxing and updated

We had a great time relaxing, fishing, and playing games. The dock for the house is waiting on repairs but Cindy let us use hers. We caught about 20 fish. If I could make two suggestions a patio umbrella or 2 for additional shade on the deck and tint the sliding glass doors to reduce the heat and your summer utilities bill for the patio room. The sunsets are absolutely beautiful. We would definitely go back.

Just docks from Renegades on the River, it is an easy walk to the restaurant and tiki bar, that features live bands every weekend. Don't want to deal with a crowded bar? You can hear the music on the deck where you can enjoy the music and the deck.
