Can’t say enough good things about the property and host. The host was very communicative and the property is beautiful. Beds were comfy and any amenity you could possibly need was available. It was just my husband and I so way more than we needed, but it was a great place and a home away from home. Next time we come into town, we’ll definitely look to book again.

Stayed for a family wedding in the area. Wish we had more time to explore! The house was incredibly clean and in a perfect location, close enough to where we need to go, but private and away from the hustle and bustle. Sharon was a perfect host, and her communication was top quality. We even got the chance to meet her just as we were getting ready to pull out. Space was well laid-out and amenities were perfect. Beds were super comfortable and kitchen was well-appointed. The only negative was the weather, but that didn’t detract from the wedding or our stay. Not much you can do about a Nor’easter. Would absolutely stay here again if in the area. Just a lovely place. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The Appleton retreat was a pleasure to stay at. We are typically in the area annually and were delighted that Sharon shared her family friendly home with us. We hope to be able to stay again in the future. Sharon has obviously worked hard to make this a home away from home. It was so nice to allow our two 3 year old grandsons time to enjoy running in the yard, playing on the swing, collecting branches for the fire pit and of course the daily train whistle’s. Thank you for a comfortable and relaxing stay (as relaxing as a stay with 2 toddlers can be ).

The house was very very well equipped. Better than many we have stayed (ex. I brought my own crockpot…didn’t need it because there was one available). Everything was super clean and comfortable. Great beds and bedding and the layout and being all on one level was perfect for my mother who has walking difficulties. We were there to celebrate my mom’s birthday and it was the perfect weekend all around. Thank you Sharon for sharing your lively home with us. We will most definitely be back!!

Great stay at a beautiful property just minutes from Fair Hill!

We had such a great time at Sharon's property! A few friends and I stayed for a horse show at Fair Hill, and the proximity and comfort of this house is unbeatable! We're hoping to come back soon :)

Wonderful Stay In Elkton, MD

We could not have asked for a better place to stay while visiting our grandchildren. The house gave us plenty of room to enjoy the grands and make many memories..so much better than a hotel! The house had all the comforts of home and is beautifully decorated. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in the area.
