Real Escapes Properties est fier d’offrir Ă  ce condo de luxe deux chambres Ă  coucher et deux salles de bain. L'unitĂ© est situĂ©e au troisiĂšme Ă©tage du complexe 760 Ocean Boulevard. Ceci est une unitĂ© de fin dans une communautĂ© fermĂ©e qui a un bain Ă  remous, une piscine et est Ă  distance de marche du Village / Pier et de nombreux restaurants populaires. Il est confortablement meublĂ©, de taille gĂ©nĂ©reuse et somptueusement amĂ©nagĂ©. Les caractĂ©ristiques comprennent des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et les salles de bains ouvertes et un balcon accessible depuis le salon et la suite principale et offrant une vue partielle sur l'ocĂ©an.

Le maĂźtre dispose d’un lit king-size et d’une salle de bains privative avec un bain Ă  remous et une trĂšs grande douche Ă  l’italienne, ainsi que de ses Ă©viers.

We loved the layout and size of the condo with its wonderful view of the beach and waves. Not many places have King size beds and this place had two, which was perfect for our family. Super comfortable furniture and excellent artwork. Also the beach towels and chairs were a great bonus. We will want to stay here again and again!!

It was within walking distance of the Village and had a good view of the ocean. One suggestion I would make - the master br shower needs a grab bar. There is nothing to hold on to. We were disappointed that the pool wasn’t open, and we missed having a central place to meet other residents. We would stay there again for the same price.

Well appointed condo; beautiful art work; comfortable mattresses; kitchen as well supplied as mine at home; great location & view; 2 ice makers came in handy; elevator, outside hose to wash sandy feet & chairs, and covered parking for car & spot to leave beach gear all a plus; disappointed that TV’s had been removed from bedrooms especially on those rainy days and/or when viewing preferences differ (but that’s a personal preference). Just a lovely, well-cared for property.

Plenty of towels. Only issue we had was with the TV and availability of channels. They had OnDemand locked out and most of the channels we watch (Travel, History) were a subscription only. Can't stay on the beach 24 hours so really missed having something to watch at night. Otherwise, I would recommend this condo.
