Bienvenue dans votre maison loin de chez vous dans la communauté isolée et fermée de Corte Bella à Sun City West AZ.

Belle maison saisonnière située sur le golf CB donnant sur le 5ème green. Vues panoramiques et magnifiques couchers de soleil depuis le patio couvert. Cour fermée avant pour plus d'intimité et de confort. Immaculée deux chambres, deux salles de bain avec den privé, grande chambre, cuisine ouverte avec appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et bar de petit déjeuner. Corte Bella est une communauté fermée de plus de 55 ans et propose une piscine communautaire, un centre de loisirs, un restaurant, un terrain de golf, des courts de tennis et de pickleball, des terrains de pétanque, des clubs sociaux, un spa de jour et des activités pour tout le monde.

Séjour minimum de 30 jours et un demandeur doit être âgé de 55 ans ou plus. Vous aurez accès au centre de loisirs et à de nombreuses autres commodités au sein de la communauté. Le golf n'est pas inclus dans le loyer mais est accessible via le club moyennant un supplément. Il y a également 9 autres terrains de golf dans la région de Sun City West.

What a beautiful home! Everything about our stay was perfect. The home has everything you need for a stress free and relaxing stay. The backyard was our favourite place to hang out on the patio and enjoy the beautiful view of the golf course and the amazing sunsets. The home is fully equipped with everything you might need and the community is filled with activities for every interest. And, the home owners are so kind, welcoming and available for questions. This is a beautiful home located on the 5th green of the Corte Bella Golf Course. More importantly, the owners are excellent communicators. If there was ever an issue, they got back to us right away to help us. They are wonderful.

Beautiful Home Away From Home

We loved our stay in Corte Bella. Nice, active community. It was all we were hoping for and more!! The home was very well cared for and the backyard view was a great place to watch the golfers & enjoy the sunsets with friends/family. But the BEST is the owners, Kathy & Gordon. They were extremely accommodating and welcoming. We greatly appreciate their kindness. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

This Corte Bella beauty was home away from home for 2 months. The home was clean, well appointed, and fully equipped for an extended stay. We enjoyed many hours on the patio enjoying the spectacular view. Gordon and Kathleen were premier hosts. Looking forward to our stay again next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home with great location even though it was cut short because of the COVID-19 virus. Kathleen and Gordon were very generous in giving us a refund on the unused portion of our stay. We would love to rent this home again.

A perfect winter escape

This A+ review will probably backfire on us because this home is destined to be in great demand and will probably already be booked when we want to come back. We were lucky to stay here for 5 weeks and quickly felt at home. Lovely decor, well stocked kitchen and baths, comfortable beds, a number of Corte Bella community amenities to enjoy, amazing sunsets from the patio, very accommodating hosts. Sun City and Surprise have a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shopping and Golf Courses and access to the greater Phoenix area. We learned how to use the 303 and other alternative routes to avoid Bell Road. Thank you Kathleen, Gordon and Karen!

Amazing Golf Course Views

Amazing home, golf course views, and community were enjoyed during my November stay in this Corte Bella home. From relaxation on patio, recreational options in the Corte Bella community, nearby hikes, and the owner’s check in with me immediately upon arrival, this home is highly recommended.

After several years of research and visits to Active Adult Communities in Arizona, we were thrilled to be able to find our seasonal home in Corte Bella. We were impressed by the smaller, secure community and the availability of all the great amenities that Corte Bella has to offer. It is a very friendly and active community with so many options for everyone.
